Staff was young immature and rude!... All of my food was intentionally smashed and shook up.... They put a hole in the bottom of the bag, so when I got out of the car, all my food fell out. The kid working at the window asked me not to come back, all bcuz I told him he had forgotten my drinks. Then he closed the drive thru window and refused to return and open it to see what we needed. They didn't give us forks, sauce, napkins, straws, or my RECEIPT! $25+ bucks, down the drain! We honked the horn a few times and waited at least 7/10 minutes for someone to come back to the window. Several staff walked past and just looked at us laughing about it!! I was so appalled at the service I received in my hometown... The city of Rochester.... This taco Bell should be ashamed having employees like this working for them! Check out the photos of my food below!! This is no joke... this is what they gave me!! Horrible service, food & experience! ***Update... I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell, but I'd rather drive 3 miles up the road than go to this restaurant ever again!

Terrible. They give you half the beef that they should and just throw everything together on one half of the taco. This is my beef burrito. This first bite was nothing but tortilla so I opened it up to check

#2 soft tacos recieved with no cheese and sloppy also a steak chalupa came with no lettuce after spending 17 dollars you'd like to recieve at least what you pay for. Being in the food industry I shared my experience with the one that called herself the manager and recieved rude customer service telling me to drive back up a 14 min away trip and she would have it remade "other then that there is nothing else that I can do" wasn't looking for a free meal or a hand out probably would forget that I have a credit if they went that way. Very disappointed in the response from so called manager and not thrilled with getting skimpy tacos. Boycott this location its not taco bell that's the problem it's this individual store.

If you want to wait at the drive through for 40+ minutes, then this is the place for you. Managers seem to not be a thing here. This Taco Bell used to be good, but now is one of the worst because of the wait time. You may ask why I waited that long. I wanted to see just how long it took. Better off going to a sit down restaurant, you will get your food sooner.

Today I went to this Taco Bell due to them messing up my order a few night ago. I did call first because I really didn’t want any issues! Once I pulled up at the window I explain I spoke to said manger about a mix up in my order, This man then said “We don’t have no one here by that name” I then I said well I need to speak to a manger? He replied well what was your order? I told him said pull around! He got to the window I said where is your manger he said I’m the GM! I said I need a corporate number? He replied we don’t have one! So I asked for a side of sour cream he told me $5.00 I then stoped because at this point he’s clearly enjoying this. I asked for napkins threw them at the window and drove off! Please do not go to this Taco Bell they discriminate and aren’t pleasent

Always had good expirences here. Went today and needed a minute for us to decide what we wanted and as soon as I tell the guy inside that we just need a minute he instantly keeps saying "just let me know when you're ready" ×4. Maybe he's just having a harder time than everyone else. Won't be returning

It is impossible to get the order made right at this Taco Bell. I’ve gone 3 separate times and every time there’s something made wrong, not cooked enough, or missing. By far the biggest bunch of clowns I’ve ever seen making food. If you want it made right just go to the Taco Bell on Rochester road by target instead of this one.

I'm never one to complain but if I could give this 0 I would. My order has been wrong or things have been missing the past 7+ times I've been here. You spend $7 on a burrito and they don't even put half of the ingredients into it. I'll gladly be driving out of my way to the other location where things are on point time after time.

This place is the worst tacobell ever staff threw my bag on the counter and I asked for my drinks he made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him. I got a chicken quesadilla and they didn’t cut it. Got a Crunchwrap with no tomato’s and it was all tomato’s and lettuce and hardly any meat. DO NOT COME HERE

Come and experience the poster children of "My parents kicked me out of the basement and told me I have to get a job" generation right here. I give the"fast food" industry about another 18 months until it's regarded as a thing of the past if this is the best they can recruit. My, my, they're miserable when pulled away from the video games and have to lay off the 420 for 6 hours. The parents are just as much to blame for this.

I picked up an order at the drive through and I had a burrito supreme and some soft taco supremes. No issue with the burrito supreme but every one of the soft taco supremes looked like the people making them played a few rounds of corn hole with each taco while they were unwrapped. They were so sloppily made, half of the contents were outside the tacos. It was a nasty mess that I didn’t feel like eating, but I hate throwing out food so I ate it. This place is perfect for a pilot program to deploy food preparation robots, it can’t get here quick enough so I can grab a late night snack that looks edible. Keep in mind, this is not a problem with Taco Bell, it’s a problem with this specific location. The owner should read these reviews!

Avoid this Taco Bell, there is no management or owner oversight, the employees have no idea on what is going on. Worst TB in Michigan. Waited tonight behind 2 cars for over 20 minutes, gave up and left after ordering. My fault because I know this TB is horrible but I live near it and thought they can't be as bad as usual at 8:15 pm, but they exceeded their usual incompetence. I will stop going, hopefully others will too, maybe it will be fail and be sold to someone who knows anything about restaurant management.

Taco Bell used to be my go to for fast food. In the last year though, they've removed so many of my favorite items. What's left isn't worth getting most of the time. I ordered a crunchwrap this time because the person taking our order said that the new grilled cheese burrito was too huge to eat. Unfortunately, the crunchwrap was terrible. It had very little filling and was mostly a dry tortilla. I'm glad my dog liked it!

Likely the worst fast food place of all time. Waited over 30min for a single Crunchwrap supreme. Date: 1/20 Arrival: 6:55pm Departure: 728pm #Cars in front of me: 2 The workers were standing around talking about there weekend plans as I was on my 25th minute of waiting. SUPER SLOW service. Avoid at all costs.

Nacho bell grande seems really small Got a crunch wrap Supreme with chicken. Got home and it's got ground beef on it. Receipt was correct with the upcharge. Stopped going to this one due to poor quality but needed something quick. Not going to go back.

Missed items out of my order and had to come back again for the items that I missed and they were missing ingredients and terribly put together

Just ordered 2 of the Grilled Cheese Burritos and Cheese Fries. The burritos were missing the cheese on top and my husbands had no beef in the inside, mine had beef but didn’t have the red chips in it. It also felt way over seasoned and spicy. These are mine and my husbands fave we know exactly what they are supposed to taste like. The cheese fries were stale and ice cold. Not only did they give them to a customer like that but they were also over seasoned, I mean the entire fry was a bright red color you couldn’t even see the fry. At first I was excited cuz I like them heavily seasoned but this was completely inedible. It was clear that they were trying to cover up the fact that they were old and stale. I can’t believe anyone is serving food like this. Where's the supervision or corporate? Because this is clearly a constant issue with them. We ordered on DoorDash and could not pick the location, it auto populated to this one. On door dash they have a 4.3 review but that is clearly a lie and it is using all the Taco Bell’s in this area or something as a review total. I had liked the other Taco Bell on Rochester rd and it is closed but I ordered from my favorites list on Taco Bell and it must have auto populated this Taco Bell in place of the other one I favorited, so buyers be aware of the location even if you’re ordering from your favorites.

The burrito supreme that I ordered turned out to be a volcano burrito and was not to my liking. The crunchy tacos, I'm sure, had been pre-made because they were cold all the way through. The staff was very pleasant.....

If you’re looking to have a few laughs with some high people this is your place. If you actually want some any type of quality when it comes to your food and customer service stay away from this place. Given them multiple chances and we’ve had every issue from them saying your order was already made to it magically never been in the system to food poisoning. There are multiple Taco Bell’s in the area you’d be better given your money to.

I went through the drive thru this evening and realized when I got home that they had forgotten my Mexican pizza!! I called up to the store and talked to Rob! He was so nice and offered for me to come back or if I couldn’t I could get it the next time! I went back to get a little later and Rob was more than helpful. I appreciate his kindness and wanting to make things right! Give this guy a raise would ya?? Thank you Rob!!

As Taco Bell goes, this location at Livernois and Walton offers better quality food and better service than most. The burritos were fresh and well prepared. Order to delivery was less than five minutes at 1:00 pm on a Friday.

Got 2 fiesta potatoes with shredded cheese instead of the nacho which I was charged extra for, was given 2 sets of silver wear with my order and no potatoes, also got fire and hot sauce and there was none in the bag. Disappointed because customer service was friendly today which usually it is very hostile. Update: Called and they wrote a name down for us. Will improve if we receive items when we return next.

Ordered through the App, very smooth transaction. Store was surprising slow so. This location is usually very busy and takes forever to get your food but not this time!

I will give credit they did get the drinks right this time but that's the least they can do. Opened the wrapping to my qursorito to find the tortilla barely cooked, soft and cold. I had to literally open it and put it on the stove to make it somewhat bearable. This isn't some kind of diy project this is a restaurant. Get it together

It's Taco Bell.... that said they will close early and not put a sign on the drive thru speaker or menu board. They also close the dining room at times. Very frustrating.

They put there prices up again. Seems to match the food court prices inside great lake crossing which is ridiculous.$2.60 for the new nationally advertised $2 burritos. And of the 5-6 local ones I go to this has always been sub par by comparison.

This is seriously a G.O.A.T-ed Taco Bell. I love this location. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’ve been to not so good Taco Bell’s before. And I’m not rly a complainer or a person that writes reviews, but this Taco Bell is the only thing that keeps me sane. I seriously love this specific location. The employees are amazing and kind. They’re always quick, even during prime “stoner” hours. I would get married at this Taco Bell.

Seriously one of the best service in Fast Food!! The people who work there are truly amazing. Super respectful, extremely helpful and overall Friendliest workers…who ever did the hiring there…2 thumbs up! Keep up the great work ethic….

Wonderful taco-bell, every time I come here the staff are nice, they try the best they can, something I’ve noticed is that they receive a lot of negativity so when you are extra nice they tend to give you a bit extra on your food, had my aunt complain because she was being to nit picky and quite rude. The staff all seem quite young and hard working, never had an issue at his Taco Bell 10/10 store, giving kindness returns kindness.

Great food! But they forgot my chips in one order, and my potato taco on an order the next day. I went back for the potato taco, because it's too good to not have. They happily gave me my taco no problem. Friendly and fast but you need to check your bag every order. Just a 3 for that.

Working close by this is the only place to stop on my way home. Tonight there was a line of cars wrapped around the building, waiting the usual 15-20 minutes to get through the line. No one answered the intercom, The lights were on and employees were inside and no one was helping anyone or at least informing us they were closed.

Bad experience that last time but the other50 were perfect. I bought 2 Chipotle chicken dollar burritos... they seemed like they were left on the counter for 12 hours. I was starving. So I ate them anyways... big mistake slight case of food poisoning. 2 days later I'm back to normal.
