This location has been here as long as I have lived in Rochester- close to 25 years. They used to have a part of Pizza Hut inside and my children loved options of both. I don’t visit much since they lost the Pizza Hut franchise inside. The tacos have always been pretty consistent in how they are made and taste, until recently. Since about 2020, we rarely visit. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. The food is never hot. My order is missing things more times than not. We ordered tacos last time and there seriously was mostly just lettuce. A few shreds of cheese and maybe 2 teaspoons of meat- which is just a soy protein now. It doesn’t even taste like beef and it’s super rubbery. The cost has gone up but the quality down. I don’t know that we will be back. They did bring back the Mexican pizza which my family likes. They bring back the cheesy fries from time to time. Wish they would just keep some of the traditional items…..they would have more customers.

This place is terrible. The women there were so rude. it closes at 10 but at 9:40 they locked me out when i went outside to grab my phone. The woman that locked me out had a terrible Bob her lace was showing and it was way too short. She looked at least 40 youd think for a 40 year old woman she’d have a job like a nurse or a teacher but no she works at Taco Bell and it shows through her customer service. Currently sitting on the patio just waiting for someone to bring my baja blast. Never coming back.👎🏾

I'm a bit disappointed prepping area real dirty and unorganized. Dinner area floors dirty. Standing for a few minutes until someone came to take my order. Another observation crispy tacos get soggy real fast why??

I ordered the grilled cheese burrito and all though it tasted okay it was cold inside and the cheese was still cold and barely melted.

The night staff have become slow and mean they have no sense of urgency and said the lobby is closed even though the door is unlocked. The order is sitting on the table but since they’re too lazy to make the pepsi they asked me to go through the drive thru so I just unassigned.

I have ordered twice for my team, both times items were missing. A week ago I picked up two orders for two teams, we both had items missing. So this location is 3-for-3 in missing items. Filled out the complaint online, no one has contacted me.

Missing items when you order through the drive thu is a regular occurrence. When you order sides like cheese dip for the nacho fries or cinnamon twists they act like they are rationing and barely give you anything.

Grandma @ the drive-thru window is exceptional. She is competent and completes accurate orders. Beyond that, she is just such a good woman and her jovial energy shines through her and permeated me. Thank you Grandma, you really rock! You deserve all the bestest!!!!!

This Taco Bell has been very consistent! The food is always good, made well, and tastes good. I've never had anything that taste like cleaner here, but I have other places. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is the drive-thru is a little slow. On a Friday night, it'll take 15mins or more to get to the window but they are usually pretty busy, and they've never messed up an order. This is a good Taco Bell

The drive through is always backed up and slow, but service inside has never left me upset. They could be faster, but given the current economic conditions and such, it's not really a huge deal to me. The crunch-wrap supreme is my go to. Plenty of parking and it's almost never full (Everyone's in the drive-through), so you'll probably get a good spot if you go inside.

This was not a fast food experience. It took 45 minutes to get a basic order. Prices are outrageous. Taco bell is no longer worth it. I could have sat down in a restaurant had someone take my order, give me drinks and get a good meal in the same amount of time. But no ordered at a kiosk, paid way too much money, and wait 45 minutes in a cold "fast food" hall.

Past 3 times I’ve gone the food has tasted like literal cardboard. Don’t order anything with Fritos or nachos. They’re always stale and expired tasting.

Food is really good and friendly service, but I have had to go back into the store or the drive-through a handful of times due to part of my orders not being complete and missing items at the taco bell by Target North.

They are absolutely cranking orders out here. Tons of different faces but the couple ladies running it are not messing around, if there is an issue they make it right immediately. Keep fighting the good fight, thanks for the great service!

I have eaten here several times. The food is normal fast food but the staff are very friendly. The last visit my order was messed up I called talked to Alex and he fixed my order efficiently.

I do love the Nacho Cheese Doritos hard shells. But I have found that for what ever reason up here in MN, by the time you get to taco 2 & 3 they start falling apart. Another thing that bothers me is that here they put the sour cream on top of the meat, most stores put it on top of the lettuce as it helps to hold the Cheese and tomatoes on in the Supreme tacos. But the window staff is really friendly and through so that helps! Down in AZ we never had the problem of tacos falling apart unless you let them sit for a while, aka 20 min drive.

The manager is totally the best and sweetest person EVER!! 💜💜 So, I see the Caramel Apple Empanadas are on the list of "what did you order". WHY DON'T WE HAVE THOSE ANYMORE??!!?? They were almost a staple for me and my family, we'd even have them for breakfast! Best thing on the menu, and y'all 86-ed them. Not cool 🤨😒😭
