If I'm in the mood for Timmy's on my way to work in the mornings this is my usual go to location. Drive thru is always fast and accurate. Customer Service has definitely been getting better throughout the years. Keep up the wonderful job staff 👍🏾

They mess up my order frequently. Don't cut my sandwiches, miss ingredients, burn or don't toast one or both pieces of bread.. Annoying but convenient. *Most recently they ALL had their masks pulled down at the drive thru. And the sandwich was a mess.

This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.

Horrible experience will never be returning to the facility. I tried to order biscuits at 11:02 in the morning and they told me they are making no more for today but they offer breakfast until 3 PM. They have zero problem solving skills or customer service. Also the staff had bad attitudes and the workers state they don’t want to work there. the driveway tore open the bottom of my car. Warning huge pot holes in the drive through. Also the manger refused to give the corporate number told me to look on go*gle.

Asked for a bagel double toasted got it not toasted at all came around drive thru with one car in front of me and sat there 20 min!!!! Got up to window asked for money back and these girls were insistent on making another one! We just want our money back!!! Girl starts to give money back here comes manager what wrong???? Uh just give us our money

Go here if you’d like your car to be ruined from the potholes in the drive thru. Worst drive Thru I’ve ever seen in my life! Other than that they were fast and staff was friendly.

My meal was fine, though a little burned it wasn’t horrible, like the experiences I’ve had here in the past. Service was mediocre but I’m mainly here to say they NEED to fix that drive thru road. I drive a pretty nice car & the potholes they have are RIDICULOUS. I won’t be driving my car back through there until they get that fixed. All I wanted was a coffee and sandwich and my car was bouncing around like I was on a trampoline.

Worst Tim's ever I went in to order and they took about 6 minutes to ask to take my order with no one in there and that took forever to get, the sandwich was flat as a pancake with barely any meat. Stay away unless you just want a coffee
