If your looking for a nice place to live unfortunately this is not it. The apartments itself are beautiful but the community and the management is HORRIBLE. The community is very loud and disturbing. There’s always fights to keep you entertained. Poopy diapers in the hallway floors. Broken glass bottles in the entry way. The community kids stay out at the basketball court ALL night long even on school night ( ages ranging from 4-16) . Pregnancy test and hennessy bottles left outside. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. they towed my vehicle and im a resident. Packages stolen ALWAYS. Now lets talk about management!!! You can NEVER get a hold of some one when you call. And when you go up to the office there always no where to be found. Maintenance man always trying to get with the women who live here. They can never keep a security guard (they never stay more than 2 weeks) I recommend save yourself the hassle and dont move here!!!

I understand this is a new building and they are still working out some of the kinks, however it is beautiful and it's not just up to property management, the maintenance men, or even the case manager they have on duty. It's up to the residents to stop being slobs, follow the rules and act like we take pride in the property. It's a team effort.

I applied back in November and received a call and email around early feb/march in regards to my application. I then began all the paperwork. I love the look of the apartment as well as the gym and rooftop patio. Those attractions definitely caught my eye. OH! & of course being all utilities included you can’t beat that! Once I was told the amount that I would be paying for a 2 bedroom I was a bit taken back. I was receiving the smaller model but paying about $50 off the maximum amount of rent for the 2 bedroom ‼️ I was then told that all the bigger units have been taken and that I would receive 2 bathrooms with a balcony. I felt as though that was pretty accommodating so I agreed to the space. I got my keys on a Friday, May 1st to be exact, but did not move in until that following Tuesday. Upon the move in, none of my outlets worked in my kitchen nor my bathrooms. I emailed the property manager to put in a work order to have this issue resolved. She responded right away and had maintenance come in that same afternoon. The electrician is scheduled to come in tomorrow. So we’ll see how that goes. Also, my mail key doesn’t open my mailbox. Being that I just moved in I just ordered all furniture and other miscellaneous things. On my third day of staying in the apartment, my tv was scheduled to be delivered. It was. But was left in the mail area. I received my email notification 20 mins after it was delivered. I went downstairs to get the tv, and it was not there. Someone had stolen my 50 inch tv 20 mins after it had been delivered. I did not receive a buzz to my room or a sign before releasing the tv. Im a LIVID. In order for me to have the cameras played back, I needed a police report. I am now in the process of catching whoever it is that stole the tv and now trying to either get my money back or have another tv delivered. I feel I am having too many issues to have not even been in the apartment for a month, let alone a week. I will be speaking with the property manager first thing come Monday and expecting some sort of resolution.

The Eastman Reserve seems like a nice place, I saw online that have 6 apartments available and I need to find a place to move in January 2022. Unfortunately, I called them many times and received no response, even leaving them a voicemail. I filled out my application and submitted it over a week ago, I did not receive a confirmed email to see if they sent me a confirmation of my submitted application or something. Also, I called the Pathstone company to ask about it and they told me I should go to the office and I went there. I can't get in because of a voice machine for the entrance front door I can't use it because I'm deaf and I don't see where is the office. It is incredible how it is possible that they do not answer my call? I hope someone sees this review and does the right thing to serve a customer like me.

Been looking for a really nice, quiet place for my son,to live and we found it💓💓👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿the young lady in the office was so very very nice to my son👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿If I didn't have my own house I would put an application in these Gorgeous Apartments..💪🏾💓Again Thank you.

Hallways smell like poo but the apartments are nice sized and well lit.

So Garbage are all over place outside And inside hall ways. Car get tow for no reason they don't even give you a warning tried to lied bout it as well bout a note What note? Think twice bout staying there . If they lied bout that then they could lied bout anything.

I picked up an Application Fr 1, 2019. I'm very pleased with the place. A staff Member was very nice to me. I'll be mailing my Application today Saturday 2, 2019. I see the waiting list is 3 year wait I pray it goes quicker.
