Wow! I truly do not know where to begin. Tina is hands down the best landlord I have ever had the privilege of working with. What an exceptional woman! We were on the search for an apartment last year, and after looking at a few different locations, none of them really met our standards for safety, quality, and excellence. Well, upon arriving at the leasing office, we were immediately greeted by Tina who was very warm, friendly, and truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Right away we knew that Pine Ridge Crossing was the community which we wanted to be a part of. It was near the holidays, and the leasing office would be closed, but Tina was not only able to process our applications the same day, but also get all the paperwork done to enable us to move in within a couple of days. She even surprised us with a complementary welcome basket consisting of daily household commodities and community information. Tina immediately made us feel welcomed, accepted, and right at home at Pine Ridge Crossing. Our apartment was very clean and looked brand new upon moving in. During my time at Pine Ride Crossing, the common areas, parking lots, laundry rooms, and apartment buildings, were all exceptionally well maintained and clean throughout the year. The maintenance team also deserves recognition as all service requests were handled promptly and the entire property is kept in excellent physical condition. Even during heavy snowfall and extreme weather conditions, the maintenance crew worked vigilantly throughout the night to remove the snow and keep the property grounds clear and safe to navigate. Security is also a top priority at Pine Ridge Crossing as all buildings are equipped with secure locks and an intercom access system. There are also law enforcement officers who patrol the grounds throughout the day. Due to unforeseen circumstances this past year, I had to move out of state for work, and was unfortunately unable to renew my lease moving forward. However, Tina was very helpful throughout the turnover process and was even able to have the unit rented out a month early! Overall, I am truly honored and grateful to have spent this last year at Pine Ridge Crossing and will wholeheartedly recommend Tina and her exceptional team to everyone. If property management is reading, please give this woman a raise! She truly deserves it! Tina carries herself with the utmost of dignity, professionalism, and excellence, while also maintaining a truly meaningful landlord and tenant relationship. I have lived at Pine Ridge Crossing for several years. I have gone and I have returned back to this community and the quality of living here has been great. We have good maintenance guys that work hard. The property manager is a joy to work with she's always planning something for most holidays or summer activities for our community. We look out for each other here at Pine Ridge Crossing and Tina is definitely a go-getter and she find out anything going on she notify everybody a good person to have as a manager for our community

Well kept landscape, inside the apartments are nice, clean and spacious. Close proximity to places with goods and services, a comfortable place to call home. Application process was smooth and thorough, the property manager Tina 👌 kudos to her for being a genuinely nice person.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. The property manager is awesome!! She’s caring and kind and looks out for tenants like family! She makes birthday decorations on our doors. She acknowledges every holiday with a special treat at our door. She makes sure that everyone is safe in their homes. We have around the clock maintenance. Last Holiday my stove went out. I called the after hours . Maintenance guy came and let me know that it would need to be replaced. I received a brand new stove next day and made my Christmas dinner. I love where I live out of the way of everyone and minimal traffic. My unit neighbors are great we all look out for each other. Even if we don’t speak the same language. It’s a very nice to place to live. Thank you.

I’ve lived here for about 3/4 years & my experience was great. I loved how fast the maintenance were when things needed to be done or fixed. Tina was always professional & understanding ❤️ my apartment was cozy & quite. Have nothing but good things to say about PineRidge Crossing Apartments! ❤️

My grandmother lived here for 6 years and then my mother moved into her apartment. Tina has always been on top of anything asked of her and she made the apartment transition very. It's always decorated for every season/holiday outside

I have been living at pPine Ridge apartment for a little over 2 years. Since I have been here it has been a good experience. The property manager "Tina" is very attentive to me as a tenant making sure I am satisfied with my apartment and everything has been great. Keep up the good work.
