Needed a filling replaced and was lucky enough to stumble across this wonderful clinic. All staff including receptionists, nurse and doctor exceptional with patient care and follow up. Will definitely use this clinic as my regular dentist. I even received a follow up phone call to see how I was feeling. I’m 65 years old and that’s the first time that’s happened. Keep up the great work.

Friendly staff especially the receptionist! Dr Grieva is so good at calming the nervous patient ( yep me!) and does a fantastic job.

I had such a great experience, Dr Griva really helped calm my nerves!

I would highly recommend Rochester Dental Clinic I had the best care that I’d ever had in a dentist as I am terrified of going to the dentist and for the first time I’m looking forward to going back n I never thought I’d say that really about a dentist visit but five star for sure!!!!

Cannot thank the ladies enough. After getting very nervous about a tooth being pulled the friendly staff assured me it sounds worse than it is. 10 minutes later it was all sorted! Zero hickups had me asking to pull the rest out while we were there.

Easy to get an appointment at Rochester Dental Clinic. The appointment was efficient and done with great care (wisdom tooth extraction). Healed well. Recommend +++.

I had broken my tooth. I rang Rochester Dental and they could fit me in within a week, but they waitlisted me as well. Due to a cancellation I was able to get in the next day. The staff have been so helpful and professional . The dentist explained the procedure. They ensured my comfort especially with pain. And post surgery have also checked on my well being. Extremely satisfied with Rochester Dental and highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Extending their trading hours to make up for lost time due to floods I was fitted in. Absolutely happy with the thorough examination by Dr Hannah and the repair to a broken tooth.

What a team! From the front desk to the dental assistant and the dentist. Friendly professional and thorough. Did an amazing job of explaining everything that was happening and making sure I was good to go. Even received a message the following day checking making sure i was ok... Big thanks to Gemma who bent over backwards to find me an appointment that suited my schedule on short notice.

Have been going to Moama and Rochester clinic since we moved 5 years ago. Dr Arnup Shenai and his amazing team are very caring and professional. I have had extensive work done on my teeth and have always felt calm and relaxed. Work to be done is explained in detail with options. Both Dental Clinics have up to date equipment which made my crowns and bridge work easy. Follow up care is excellent. Thank you.

I would recommend the Rochester Dental Clinic to anyone, such caring and understanding people. From when you walk in the door, until the time you leave you are made feel welcome. I had a phobia about dentists which stemmed from a bad experience when I was a child, i found the staff very understanding and patient with me. I can now say that I'm not as worried about going to the dentist as I used to be, this is all thanks to the wonderful staff that I encountered on my visits. Thank you all so very much, from the counter staff to the dental nurses and last but by no means least the dentist herself.
