We go to Supercuts just for Ghia! I hope Supercuts realizes how lucky they are to have her! My boys(ages 4-16) refuse to let anyone else cut their hair. Even my four year old is all smiles when he gets to see Ghia. She always gives an exceptional haircut. I’d give Ghia more then 5 stars if I could!!!

for context, i am an active duty service member, i was on holiday leave and needed a haircut, this place was close to my house and has really good reviews so i thought i would give it a shot. worst mistake i ever made. i came in asking for a low skin fade, which is a very simple and EXTREMELY popular haircut for men. the woman who cut my hair clearly had no idea what i was even asking for and had no idea how to cut it properly, but decided to do it anyway. she just shaved an extremely crooked line all the way across my head and called it a day and when i asked her to blend it even just a little bit she had no idea what i was asking, and had to ask for help. after about 20 minutes of her having someone else try to help her i realized there was no fixing what she did to my hair so i gave up. don’t get me wrong, the people are extremely nice but have absolutely no idea how to cut mens hair. i would not recommend going here at all, even, because these people are clearly not trained at all on how to properly cut hair and could not care less about the work they produce. if i could attach an image of what my hair looked like after i left this place i would.

What can I say? I should’ve left right after entering that shop. First the lady there was not very friendly. The visit was for my 3 year old to have a hair cut. They had a promotion going on for first customers. She asked if it was the first time there. We said yes. She said that my looked familiar, like we were lying just to get the discount. She said a comment to the next customer in the same way: “you’re here for the promotion too?”. Her comments during the whole session were really rude. And the haircut was terrible. The hair is uneven on the front. She did a terrible job. Never go there again.

I just had a haircut, and it was a disaster. It was clear that the stylist lacked passion and enthusiasm for her work. She seemed disinterested and didn't know what to do. I think her name is Hanna. I had asked for a simple bobcut, but she started by cutting the first layer at the back before ensuring that all the hair was of equal length. This resulted in the middle section above my neck being shorter than the left and right sides. When I pointed out the mistake, she cut off a bunch of my hair while I was standing, and she even ruined my clothes. I had plans to go somewhere else after the visit, but my clothes were ruined. She then started discussing with the receptionist as if she didn't understand my request, and the receptionist had to step in to fix the haircut. In the end, I paid $21 for a short haircut, but I was completely unsatisfied. It's no wonder the salon was empty when I arrived; I didn't feel welcomed at all.

ALEA was great !! She was very knowledgeable and was able to address some of the challenges I had with my hair. One of the best cuts I've ever had.

My "stylist" was nice, but didn't really listen to anything I said, and she basically took everything way short with no style whatsoever. Then at checkout, all their prices were changed and handwritten over normal pricing, and we were paying $25-$30 for a Supecuts haircut that took 10 minutes.

I consider myself very lucky to walk in and get a stylist named Ghia, very friendly, and very knowledgeable to what exactly I wanted.Great gal, and I hope I never lose track of her. You don't always find someone who understands what your asking for and actually does it! Hope your my stylist forever Ghia! God Bless

I received a haircut from Janice and I am so happy with how it turned out! My fiance is too! Janice was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. She did an excellent job, 5 stars!
