The flag ship of all Belk Stores. 4 floors of shopping and they even have a restaurant down stairs. I mean, what more can you ask for. It's like Sizzler opened up a clothing store. Men, Women, Children can shop till you drop. If you want the pinnacle of the Belk shopping experience. Go to this one. You will not be disappointed.

Great selection of everything. The dressing rooms need some major love— some doors won’t shut properly. The floors are so nasty. I don’t think they’ve dusted in years or cleaned the doors— everything is covered in dust, lint, hair, stains on the doors from people touching them.

I would have given a 5 but I was shopping for luggage and couldn't find a scanner to see what they would cost. Walked over to the jewelry department to ask and the lady was extremely rude. Said I don't know, there might be one in the men's department. Almost walked out but saw an associate who was coming back from lunch. I think her name was Tony but not sure. Sweet older lady who said the scanners don't always work but walked with me to the luggage department and told me you can scan for pricing on the Belks app. She scanned four suitcases for me and I decided on one. I also had a return to make so we walked together to the checkout chatting. She asked if I didn't mind waiting she would help me when she finished with a customer. Since I was next in line I waited. It was such a joy to get such great customer service.

for certain items, Belk can be a great place to shop. However, the past two times i’ve been in the dressing room it has been an awful experience. As soon as i walk in an overpowering smell of dirtiness and sweat has caused me to leave without even trying on my clothes. It’s even nauseating sometimes. I KNOW Belk can do better than that.

I was looking for a suit coat and pants and they don’t have anyone working in the Men’s department. No one to measure or assist with finding what I needed. Just a couple of people in the jewelry area and a few cashiers. It’s no wonder why I shop online.

Very disappointed I have not been to a belks in years! Thought I would stop in and shop. This looked like a tornado went through it! Clothes were on the floor or hanging over clothes racks. It reminded me of an old Kmart. I remember when belks was an upscale store and clean. Plus their clothes seem cheap. There was another shopper in the same aisle and she even commented on how run down the store was. It's a shame I guess belks have also suffered from the effects of the pandemic!

Prices are high but there are a lot of discounts available. Some remodeling projects going on at time of visit so a little noisy. Staff was really nice and helpful.
