I
have
lived
here
close
to
a
year
now
and
I
must
say
the
front
office
staff
is
amazing.
But
let
me
point
out
my
cons:
A
resident
is
also
the
“pool
monitor”….
during
the
summer
he
will
literally
be
down
your
throat
starting
late
afternoon
like
he
owns
the
property.
He
even
went
as
far
as
lying
about
being
threatened
by
a
guest
on
the
property
which
never
happened.
He
will
stand
at
the
hallway
door
&
watch
over
whoever
is
at
the
pool,
it’s
weird.
&
don’t
let
me
fail
to
mention
he
will
do
the
same
for
the
rooftop
terrace,
if
you
decide
to
live
here
you
will
get
to
know
who
he
is
quick.
Parking
is
horrible!!
If
you
are
not
here
mid
afternoon
you
will
lucky
if
you
find
a
spot
for
the
night.
If
there
is
an
event
downtown…
good
luck
even
parking
here
at
all.
The
residents
that
own
personal
&
company
vehicles
park
all
their
vehicles
in
the
parking
lot
when
I
was
told
I
could
only
have
one
car
per
driving
resident
or
my
“extra”
car
would
get
towed
unless
I
parked
it
across
the
street
in
the
Wells
Fargo
parking
lot.
Now,
the
water
pressure….
I
live
on
the
3rd
floor
&
the
water
pressure
is
horrible
at
times.
I’ve
sent
an
email
&
brought
it
up
when
I
was
in
the
office
&
I
was
told
that
it
was
being
looked
into
but
never
got
an
email
back.
Also,
being
on
the
3rd
floor
I
can
say
that
I
can
hear
the
guy
above
me
so
much
so,
that
I
know
his
daily
routine.
I
can
hear
when
he
goes
to
the
bathroom,
I
can
hear
when
he
walks,
I
can
hear
when
he
works
out,
I
know
when
he
has
a
guest
&
exactly
what
they
are
doing…
It
doesn’t
bother
me
to
much
but
it
does
become
a
talking
subject.
I
can
also
hear
the
lady’s
kids
below
me
crying
as
well
as
her
doors
being
slammed
but
I’ve
never
complained
because
it’s
an
apartment,
your
bounded
to
hear
your
neighbors.
She
has
complained
about
being
able
to
hear
us
which
they
left
a
notice
twice
but
we
weren’t
even
loud.
I
could
easily
complain
back
but
for
what
it’s
an
apartment
you’re
going
to
hear
your
neighbors.
“Quite
time”
starts
at
6
PM
and
I
work
beyond
that
time
so
when
I
do
come
home
you
will
hear
me
&
my
one
child
walk.
Speaking
of
noise,
the
train
that
runs
is
loud!!!!
One
will
run
sometimes
at
3
AM
&
that
horn
will
wake
anyone
up,
the
building
will
also
shake
slightly.
The
dog
park
is
super
tiny
&
reeks
of
dog
pee,
the
summer
time
heat
makes
the
smell
10
times
worse.
People
do
not
pick
up
after
their
dogs
who
poop
in
the
flower
beds
so
if
you
happen
to
walk
through
one
of
the
islands
check
your
shoes.
The
smoke
detectors
are
highly
sensitive
which
is
a
good
thing,
I
hear
neighbors
detectors
all
the
time
going
off.
I’ve
never
had
anything
smoke
in
my
apartment
but
they
have
went
off
many
times
while
cooking.
If
delivery
drivers
can’t
get
in
the
doors
they
will
leave
your
packages
outside
the
door
and
if
they
are
able
to
access
the
door
but
not
the
package
room
they
will
leave
it
in
the
hallway
by
the
package
room.
Other
than
these
things
it’s
actually
a
decent
property
to
live
at.
I
like
the
friendliness
of
other
residents
&
there
are
resident
events
hosted
by
the
office.
Maintenance
is
very
quick
to
respond
to
work
orders,
they
do
an
amazing
job
of
keeping
trash
off
the
grounds.
Housekeeping
for
the
hallways
doors
and
windows
are
amazing.
I
would
say
if
you
do
a
tour,
be
sure
to
ask
a
resident
or
two
their
pros
and
cons;
ask
the
leasing
agent
what
are
some
of
the
complaints
they
have
gotten
from
residents.
I
asked
when
I
took
my
tour
&
Rahmon
was
very
honest
&
I
appreciate
honesty.
You
will
love
the
front
office
staff,
they
are
so
helpful
&
always
delightful.
