I order a lot from the app to grab and take home. French onion is my favorite soup but they regularly forget to add the cheese and give me the croutons. FYI if you order it to go, make notes on your order asking them not to forget. It's happened to me one too many times. Edited to 1 star because even with a note asking for them not to forget, they still left it out. They also substituted iceberg lettuce instead of other healthy greens like their note says (referring to the romaine recall). My husband threw it right away. And finally, my “fuji APPLE” salad had no apple chips. Note in the photo that no one signed off on my order. There were more than 5 things wrong with my order. I’m not going here again, it’s the worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

Ordered via door dash. When order arrived, we received chicken noodle soup with no noodles or chicken, just plain broth. Also chicken and rice soup was missing. Sandwiches were messy. Definitely the worst experience we have had at this location. Would not recommend!

I had their Margarita flatbread. It was delicious, but very small. It had 6 small pieces. I shared it with Grandson but he wanted more. Next time I’ll be alone & eat it all myself😹

Salad was great. The $13 Toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich was horrible. Meat was so so and not much at. Now I know why they Do Not Say — WE HAVE THE MEAT. They were out of pickled onions so substituted red onions. Anyway lesson learned will not eat there in future. Picture shown has a few bits out of lower piece. Sandwich had horseradish on outside of sandwich sort of looking like it was thrown together in a rush and somehow made its way to top of bread outer layer.

So… You ask me if I would like my baguette or chips, I respond with baguette and don’t receive it then… my brother gets your new chicken sandwich and it’s cold. Like cold to the touch. We won’t be returning. Thanks but no thanks.

Sky was awesome! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything for my order regardless of how busy she was she went above and beyond. Plus the food was on time and great! Great customer service!

Just so tired of coming all the way from york and them being out of their most popular soup and pastries. If you know that pecan braids and cream of chicken and wild rice is one of your top selling items. Why are you running out? There are customers that can't come right when the doors open. Today at 1:30 they are out of that soup. The past few months it's been this way and for what it cost to eat there, you should keep your top selling items in stock longer than a couple of hours. Not coming back it's a waste of gas to come for nothing. We didn't complete our order this time we left.

Panera, despite not being a local business, impressed with its delicious soup. However, the ordering experience left much to be desired, as the staff announcing orders came across as a bit overbearing. It felt like a self-serve setup with an unnecessary vocal component, which detracted from an otherwise decent visit.

100% agree with checking your order before you leave. I often come in for breakfast and order lunch to go for later. I’ve mentioned to management that forgetting barbecue sauce on the barbecue chicken sandwich is kind of a key component, and frustrating. They took the feedback and my next sandwich was fine. I recently ordered a steak and cheddar as well as a Greek salad to go after ordering breakfast. They forgot to add cheddar on the steak and cheddar, and yes the meat was skimpy, but I more care that the two ingredients IN THE NAME of the sandwich are included. The dressing cup was also not closed so by the time I got to eat the salad at work later that day everything was soaked. (I had trusted the order was correct and packaged with care, my mistake) I’m used to them regularly forgetting ingredients but they never make up for it or offer to redo it correctly. I hate ordering rapid pick up just have to unbox and unwrap things before I leave just to make sure. I definitely won’t pay for a premium sandwich there again. Sad really. Fortunately there’s another Panera a couple miles up the interstate

I like that you can order on a screen. I was set on half a dozen bagels and a loaf of bread. But they were out of everything I wanted. No cinnamon, everything, plain or asiago bagels, no cheese bread, no orange muffins. Nothing. What a let down. I settled for a salad and one of the last blueberry muffins available. I hope my next visit is more fruitful.

The person taking my order seemed impatient & unfriendly. Bread bowl was molded, soup was good but Luke warm, my soup barely filled my bowl halfway. You get a Baggett & a bread bowl way too much bread. Panera should consider giving more soup less bread & ORGANIC ingredients for the price.

Had lunch here. Ordered the 1/2 and 1/2. Service was good; food tasted great, especially the broccoli Mac n’ cheese.

Listen, today Marcia the manager of Panera at Manchester was phenomenal! Talking about service with a smile and a heart so big! Today my 2 teens and I were celebrating the fact that I won full custody of the one not biologically mine! Marcia celebrated with us! She gave us hugs and we all got to smile and share tears of joy for a most special day to us all! Everyone on the team today was friendly and kind, but I really wanted to shout out Marcia in particular because I needed someone else to share in one of my happiest moments! I don't have family here to celebrate with and that was what we needed a celebration of love! So thank you so much for making our day special and feeling the joy with us!

I’m not for Panera Bread, not because they are bad by any means, the service was great also but it’s the portion of food you receive. Myself, I eat like a fat kids like cake. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was damn good, but I coulda ate three of them to fill me up, but for a light lunch to not feel bloated, top tier. And the raspberry tea (I think) I got was delicious and flavorful.

It changes the quality of food. One day it's extra mayo or onion and other days it missing everything. Manager is Awesome. (she needs a vacation.) Tables are the same dirty or not.

Don't order Asian chicken salad the salad doesn't have chicken in it at all. I got the 1/2 salad and sandwich deal paid $14 to get a sandwich and lettuce on the side. I called to complain and manager took my info supposedly going to issue a voucher and send it in mail but never got anything I will check my order before I pay from now on. Chicken salad is suppose to have CHICKEN.

The service is hit or miss at this location. The staff have always been friendly but we regularly have had our orders made incorrectly or have to ask for missing items when we order to-go. The dining area definitely needs a good deep clean, doesn’t seem like it’s had one in awhile.

The Butternut Squash soup is amazing. I like everything I have ever gotten there to eat. They are little pricey, but worth it.

Really good salads. My favorite is the Green Goddess Cobb with chicken. They don’t really give enough dressing for the salad. The cups of dressing provided are small and filled halfway. The Mac-n-cheese is good to my grand baby but the portion size is ridiculously overpriced. A small is almost $7 and my 2-yr old wanted more after finishing it.

Bagel was fine, but other half was missing….almost half of it? Was a bit strange. Panera is fine and their quality is ok, but uh….this was strange. It’s not that I won’t go back, but I might just prefer a mom and pop place more..

My food was spectacular but my daughter had a bad experience with her Caesar Salad. Will stick with soup next time.

I came in early on a Monday morning and needed to order sandwiches for a broker open house. As Ashlyn started on my order, customers began pouring in. She was the only person taking orders at the time and remained professional, poised, patient and as sweet as can be. She is a gem.

I had the soup and salad combo, included chips, and I added a beverage. Came to $11 which I suppose is reasonable. Counter service was fine, restaurant was clean in spite of the crowd, and I thought the food was pretty good. I appreciate that the soup and the potato chips were not very salty. I appreciate Panera Bread looking out for my health in this way. But the Summer Corn Chowder could have been much improved with a few more spices for flavor. The Greek Salad was great and for two side dishes there was an adequate amount of food for my 165lb frame. Upon checking out, the server asked me to answer the question on the screen, which was, "Do you want to leave a tip?". Well, it's counter service. I'm just not accustomed to tipping at a place where I have to order at the counter and I find it embarrassing, or perhaps convicting, to say "No". Which I did. Overall, a good experience even if nothing more than one should expect from a semi-fast food restaurant.

👍👍 Food is amazing! Great portions and it’s very homey. The restaurant itself is very old. a lot of the locals go there so that’s a plus. The staff is very sweet as well. I would definitely come back for takeout!
