Room maintenance condition was horrible, no blackout drapes to block the really bright parking lot lights and a huge crack in the ceiling right over my bed. The bathroom vanity was falling off the wall. When I complained they didn't even note it down, simply said they were going to do a remodel in December. I won't stay here again until they finish the remodel. The place was clean, except for the windows... There was a light film on the inside and a heavy film on the outside, who knows when they were cleaned last. The whole hotel was oppressively humid, and I did coincidentally get told that the exhaust fans have never worked here. What a liability for mold growth! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was as good or better than most local places as long as you had 30-45mins to let them work the magic. The first day they served my sandwich on a hamburger bun, but they had no problem putting it on toast for the rest of my stay. I don't feel cheated, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Everything was so perfect. It was better than perfect!!! The rooms were big for having two beds, the beds were comfortable, the room decor was relaxing, and our room was SUPER clean. There were two bottles of water in the room for us to use for coffee or drinking. It was nice that we didnt have to use tap water. I felt safe. Breakfast wasn't free but the chef and breakfast attendant went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The grits were amazing! We got a great rate for a Saturday night. I'm not a morning person so it was awesome that I had such a perfect morning to start my the day off right! I had just driven ten hours from Florida the day prior. So waking up feeling refreshed, having a perfect breakfast and having a perfect morning was a great way to get back on the road. It really made a huge impact on the rest of my day! I'm so happy that mom and I decided to stay at this location for the night.

We needed a last minute place to stay on our trip from Florida. I did book online from my phone just to speed the process up. Was worried for a second upon arrival as a rowdy wedding party was in the lobby at the bar area. However once we were to our room it was all peace and quiet. Probably one of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve ever had. Beds were super comfy, room felt very clean and modernly updated, and was nice to have a Keurig coffee maker and coffee in room. Staff were all very nice too. We would return if needing a place to stay again!

Stayed for one night. Was upgraded to a bigger, more comfortable room which was a nice bonus. The room was showing some age, with signs of drywall/plaster peeling from parts of the ceiling - this was the only negative. Staff was friendly, and accommodating. Weather was good, so we took advantage of the pool and the weekend buffet style breakfast was quite good.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel and room was super clean. The pool was excellent. Let's talk about the wings, the best WINGS EVER. PERIOD. The bartender was great. I will stay again next time we visit.

Front Desk gentleman Matt was most accommodating.. very professional and went the extra mile for us. Plus, after being on the road for over 12 hours, we really appreciated the great bed and pillows. Thank you 😊

Stopped here to get out of rainy weather. It was a pleasant surprise - very clean, great heat, roomy room, comfortable bed with adequate TV. The lobby is spacious and decorated nicely for the holiday. Reservation process was easy despite short request time. Thank you for a good place to relax from bad weather. Thank you -

Hands down the friendliest staff of anywhere I've ever stayed. Big, quiet, CLEAN room, GREAT location (so many food options close by). Great breakfast (and no, it's not free but it's worth it)! I will definitely stay here again.

We came into town for a dance competition, Mrs. Angela the 3rd shift hotel receptionist/GSA has been absolutely amazing! Very personable and has made our experience so much better! She has a super bubbly and amazing personality! You can tell that she truly loves her job! Came downstairs and she starts looking for my daughter and even asked where she was by her name! The hotel is currently under renovation but even so, it's really clean and also a great location, you have a lot of stores around you.

The hotel was very clean. The angel at the front desk was so kind, ordered a wheelchair for my mother who has dementia. She stepped around the desk to hold her hand and talked with her while I parked the car. It’s that warm human kindness you normally don’t see. True hospitality! Highly recommend the Hilton and white glove service!

Very clean rooms and facilities. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Also has a full-service or continental breakfast at your choice. Food was great. Definitely staying there on my next car trip to the south.

We were doing a quick overnight trip to pick up my stepdaughter and this was right off the interstate so we stopped. We booked the room grabbed food and came back to go to the room. We were given a handicap room and the shower absolutely sucked. It had this tiny handheld showerhead. The rest of the room was ok. It was spacious and clean. We only interacted with 2 staff members (check in and check out) both were on their phones when we arrived to the desk and continued to talk while servicing us which I found to be extremely rude. We also noticed a homeless person digging through the cigarette disposal bin and several more camped outside the restaurant right next to the hotel. If we had needed more than a few hours sleep to get back on the road we would have found a different place for sure.

If there was a zero it would be used. My mother stayed here overnight while traveling back from a trip. It was later in the evening and she needed so she got a room. The first room was invested with ants. She asked for a different room and they got her in one. She wasn’t sure if there was something in the bedsheets or not but she continues to itch. She woke up in the middle of the night after only a few hours asleep, and went to the restroom only to find a roach going across the floor, she packed up and left and I asked for a refund only for them to say my manager will call you. I do not recommend.

All the staff hotel, registration, bar, restaurant area, housekeeping were outstanding!! You can tell they love their job & love the people that are traveling. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Ants and bugs all over the room. The bed sheets and spread were dirty. The bathroom faucet had no hot water at all. I told the front desk about all of the issues and recieved less than a satisfactory explanation. This facility is a bad representation of the Hilton brand. I will never stay here again.

Great service, very friendly and personable staff, and clean rooms! You pay for breakfast separately, but it's decent food and they have a good selection. There is no longer a hot tub (apparently Google has not yet updated this info) but there is an outdoor swimming pool. There is delicious food in the area as well as dessert places too. Definitely a great hotel to stay at, even if you're just passing by for a day!!

I recently stayed and while there, everyone I met was super nice, respectful, and helpful. On check out, which I was in somewhat of a rush after a busy week, I forgot a secure item or two and left them in the hotel room. First, apologies to the cleaning crew for the position I put them in and second Evalyn was gracious enough to call me and hold my secure items. Highly suggest staying here, you will be glad you did!

Nice hotel. Great location near everything. I do not understand why breakfast is not included during the stay. I have been to hotel with waffles, eggs and grits as well as other items without having to pay extra.

I know all reviews say good things maybe this was just a bad weekend idk.. The room was not that clean smelled like weed the toilet was broken. Told staff they cared less. My son and his wife and kids just moved to SC needless to say that's the $350 pluse dollars they get from me.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds! Only negative during the stay ... one of the bottles of water was half empty when I got to the room. House keeping was understaffed and they forgot to change bottles when cleaning the room. I don't mind that as long as room has been thoroughly cleaned!

Very clean modern room w courteous staff on standby for all my needs. Bed was so comfortable and jacuzzi was awesome. I hated to leave. Will definitely recommend and plan to visit again real soon!!

Short but lovely stay. Right next to the freeway so a bit noisy but not horrible. Staff was very friendly and recommended a great restaurant! Will stay again but select a room on the other side of the building.

The room and stay were good but the bed was SO hard. I'd never stay again due to that. Good area lots around it and right off highway.

This is the most luxurious affordable hotel I've ever been too! The whirlpool in the room was exquisite, next to the feathered pillows and king size bed to truly hold a king! I wouldn't simply recommend this hotel and more specifically that particular room, but I would also recommend the buffet style cook to order breakfast for a slight small fee added to the cost. The staff were beyond helpful an extremely friendly. I will most definitely be returning for many more visits in the future for business and pleasure alike!

I stayed last week at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rock Hill, SC. I was there a week due to my Dad had died. I needed to be close to my hometown in Lancaster, SC as I live out of town. The stay was very pleasant and the staff were very nice. I felt at peace there and safe. The hotel was very clean and I could tell they were taking precautions to keep guest safe. Thank you so much. My job brought me to Rock Hill SC. This is a beautiful area. I’ve spent the entire week here. The staff has been wonderful. Super friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms. Very accommodating. Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a great location south of Charlotte, yet easy on and off the Interstate highway. The hotel was clean, with bright decor. AND its pet friendly

The property wasn’t the cleanest, but the staff was super nice and accommodating , bathrooms could use updating and light switches looked nasty, the carpet in room 212 had multiple stains and the couch looked “well used” to be nice about it. I probably will just stay at the Tru by Hilton down the street in the future

Outstanding Service Staff Essi, Lisa, did a Great Job with Breakfast, just First Class Service. The presentation of the food was excellent, 5 Star. The Staff make the Stay.

If I could give a zero I would. They gave us a handy cap room even though we did not book one. It didn't have a normal shower just a hand wand hose. I couldn't even stand in the shower. They said it was because we booked through a third party. We ask for the Hilton to refund and the room and they would not!!!

The night Manager checking me in went above and beyond to help accommodate me and find a room. Then she personally inspected the room to verify the cleanliness. Very professional and courteous!

The staff there was very pleasant and accommodating. Brandi at the front desk took excellent care of me and my family. She answered my questions patiently and without making me feel like I was being a bother. We will definitely stay again.

Great location for business trips. Easy parking. Range of shops within walking distance. Excellent breakfast offering. Fresh cooked hot food, with good selection, continental breakfast, whole meal bread, choice of fruits and yoghurt, fresh blueberries just awesome. Silverware and crockery instead of single use plastic which is a big plus for me (and the planet). Had lasagna here last night. Very tasty. Hubby had the wings he said they were some of the best he’s had. Well done chef. Friendly bar and waiting staff. Rooms have upgraded from lots of little bottles to large dispensers for bathroom products. Head of sustainability, you rock. This hotel is on our list of always stay here hotels. See you next time.

I’m definitely going back to this hotel. The people there go above and beyond to make you feel like a long-time friend that they are so happy to see. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to be welcomed with a warm meal and a glass of wine. The room was comfortable. I got a great night sleep.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself needing to stop and book a hotel. Wow, what a blessing. This location is really clean and I was most impressed with the staff. In a world where it seems no one wants to work this staff was very polite and on top of their game. Best service I’ve seen in years!
