Get the Quesabirria! It’s so good! Mexican approved! Tortillas from scratch!

Amazing! I ordered 3 Quesabirria and it was delicious! It came with little cup of soup that had a very well seasoned and flavorful that you can dip the Tacos in for more flavors. They have salsa bar that you can choose many kinds of salsa and sides like jalapeno pickles, lime, cilantro, or onion pickles. It really makes the dishes even more delightful. Totally coming back. Recommended.

Hidden gem! Low key authentic tacqueria with great vegetarian and meat options. They have a toppings and salsa bar with great selections.

my bf and i were driving across the state and while looking for places to eat, this taqueria popped up, reviews looked good so we gave it a try. highly recommend. had the birria tacos and fish taco and tamales. everything was delicious, loved the salsa bar, restaurant was super clean. please support this family run business.

I drive cross country for a living and this is most definitely the most unique Mexican Resturant I’ve ever seen. Full vegan menu with vegan sour cream and cheese! Unheard of! Full salsa bar and the kitchen is visible so you can watch everything being cooked! Friendly staff as well! You’d be hard pressed to find Mexican restaurants even in Portland or LA or San Fran with many vegan options. Highly recommend

Passed through Wyoming on a road trip, ordered 2 quesabirria tacos and an Al Pastor burrito. Burritos are a great size and perfect for the price. Quesabirria tacos were excellent and everything tasted like a home cooked meal my grandma would make. I loved this place and everything was wonderful! The service was awesome and everyone was so nice. If for some reason I pass through Rock Springs, Wyoming again, I will definitely eat here again!

This place is the real deal - hole-in-the-wall authentic Mexican food. Great food, great prices, and simple clean dining area. No, it's not high end. don't go there for fashion. Go there for the "mommacita" behind the grill making good food, and the fresh made garnishes at the little bar. It's where the locals go!

Home made tortillas the birra tacos are so delicious and all the sauces are all homemade as well you could taste it. It's very delicious next time I come to visit I will stop by again
