I went to Reynolds jewelry and they treated me very poorly…. I was attempting to purchase a small pair of studs for my daughter for her wedding…. so I decided to go to Rasmussen jewelry, the sales associate Elizabeth, greeted me as soon as I walked into the store with a big smile, asked me what I was looking, for. I told her maybe a small pair of diamond studs, which were beautiful, but not in my budget… so we chose to look at different options… I ended up purchasing a pair of beautiful pearl stud earrings and a pearl bracelet and that was my daughters birthstone… Elizabeth took the time to wrap each gift beautifully, put them both together.. she also asked me what colors I would like for the paper, bow and gift bag. She made sure there was a store card placed in the bag (which I requested) in case they needed to be returned, or cleaned. Thank you again Elizabeth Feiller! 🦋

The actual jewler that makes repairs and replaces batteries is amazing at his job. If you have anything that needs repair absolutely go to this store. I have always been thrilled with their quality work!

I had 8 rings that either needed sized or needed rhodium. Lindsay and Steve are very professional and took care of my needs and took care of a very old band that had an inscription(I had no idea about this) in it from 1931 that ended up being my grandparents wedding band. I couldn’t be more happy about how I was treated along with my rings. Highly recommend Rasmussen Jewelers!

This jewelry store was recommended to me by 3 friends. My inquiry about repairing an earring was met with a positive “I think we can do that.” While in the store, I asked if they had any other earrings similar. The associate was very professional,, showed me several pair, and I really liked the first ones I saw. In fact, I liked them so much, I mentioned them to my spouse. Very friendly and accommodating associate, displays are tasteful and not overcrowded. Very positive experience! I would recommend without any reservations and will go there for any jewelry needs or wants!!!

I called and talked to Trennen to see if my wife's ring was ready. I asked him if he could bring it out to me since I'm in a wheelchair. He said "absolutely" and was right outside. Had me look at it to make sure the ring looked good. It looks amazing! Thank you for being so kind and bringing it out to me so I didn't have to unload in the snow!!

We chose this place because of the on-site jeweler. I am very happy that we did, the 2 sales reps we dealt with were very nice, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The turnover time was quick on our repairs. Will definitely be back for future purchases.
