As a truck driver, I often have to workout in different fitness centers all over the USA, so here I would note that the people were some of the most beautiful and friendly. Clean and well maintained place, fix the exercise machines. Thank you Rock Springs 🤘

I am traveling from North Dakota to California. I just stop by this location to take a shower. Cleanest branch. They also serve me free bagels for breakfast. I never see those kind of appetizers from any location. Shower was extremely clean. Hair dryers were everywhere. Some locations doesn't have any. Friendly staff. I also forgot my things in the shower area, they bring me back while I was eating my bagel in the lobby. If I am living in this town, I definitely chose this gym , no where else. Thank you PF.....

Solid PF, but since there aren't many gyms in the area, it gets really busy. Like most PFs, not enough cable cross overs or Smythe machines

Clean gym and located at very good location. Easily accessible by Big Rigs. Kat is really awesome n friendly.

They the bathrooms are always dirty never see anyone going in to clean they make no one clean the machines after they use the equipment manager doesn't care if the customer cleans up after themselves it's sad cause PF is a nice place. Also they do not care about disability, I asked when I join if they could change something out so I could use at least one out five machines and it still hasn't been changed.

I've been to PF's all around the country. From South Carolina to Oregon where I recently moved from in July and this PF has ThEE most down to earth, friendly, helpful & genuinely caring staff that I've ever met! I have to definitely shout out to Jesus who is absolutely one of the sweetest people I've met in my entire 36 years. Ms.Deanna is personable and always willing to lend an ear. Shanny & Joe are always right there to help with a smile on their face. I truly love this PF location because of the staff! It's always extremely clean as well thanks to everyone's hard work. Thank You All for being Rock Stars at your job! You always make my visits that much more pleasurable. You just can't beat getting that old timey, home town customer service.

Kelly, the Manager, is fabulous! The employees are very helpful and kind. As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed. I met the Assistant Manager Leah this morning! What a wonderful human being! The more staff I interact with, confirms my leaving the Rock Springs Family Rec Center and Joining the Planet Fitness Family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you guys at the front desk for genuinely being nice. Yes, the gym is great, with clean bathrooms as well as multiple machines to exercise. But the real gems are the people that work here.

Addressed & alleviated personnel/customer service issues such as inappropriate noise and improper perceptions held by select staff, such as my being told my 9.46 consecutive hours of treadmill, water fountain, and locker room use gyming over 36 hours was actually 14 hours and only tolerable due to my overnighting. Otherwise, the tanning beds put off way too much UV light to be safe enough for me, so I'm looking to switch to Sun City Tans as soon as fiscally possible.

This PF puts more emphasis on keeping a clean gym than most PFs. I travel all over the country and use PFs for the last two years. This place ranks really high on the new, clean set up they’ve created.

Clean gym, new equipment, fresh water for showers (some locations are using recycled water for customer showers which shows that people's greed has no limit). Thank you!

I love going to Planet Fitness! Seriously judgement free zone, always clean, lots of equipment, and friendly staff.

Better than loves, I love parking my 72' tractor trailer in the front and going in to shower, nap there too. Very trucker friendly, can dump trailers in the lot too.

Rock Springs Planet Fitness is the best! It is a great price, the amenities like the hydro bed are awesome, it is always super clean and well kept and the staff is friendly!!

Leah Wiggins is one of the greatest employees I have run into at planet fitness in Rock Springs. Always has a smile on her face greeting customers and cleaning. It's all around the best gym I've been in. The whole atmosphere at Planet Fitness here iRock Springs is what makes it my everyday gym.

The gym is always very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I come a lot more often than before at other gyms.

Kelly, Leah and their team have been amazing to my wife and I. They are always willing to help. The gym is always cleaned. Happy new management is in.

Like the gym . Billing is shady never billed the same day. Always different each month.

I’ve been exercising at the Rock Springs Planet Fitness for several years now. Over the past few months I have found the staff very friendly and accommodating. They are always there to greet you as you enter, smiling. As a person goes through their exercise routine staff is regularly in the gym cleaning and disinfecting areas. The restrooms are so much cleaner as of late as well. It’s been a nice change in this gym and it’s a great place to exercise.

I stopped by for a quick morning workout while on a recent road trip. The gym was much larger than I thought it would be based upon the exterior. It's a large gym with a great selection of exercise equipment. I would definitely return to this PF and recommend to my family and friends.

The saff was very friendly. I went into just tan at this location and noticed on my way to the locker room that this pf is VERY clean. We(my husband & i) are truck drivers (team) semi are welcome but the parking by the restaurant is a little wonky 😉 but doable

Staff was very helpful in getting me oriented. This is the first franchise gym I've ever belonged to. I'd describe it as a DIY self-improvement workout center. Extremely affordable, and by far the most inexpensive gym I've ever belonged to. It's got some awesome equipment, but no free weights. No bar to hang from, no squat rack. Although they do have Smith machines, not quite the same to a guy who believes in squats, and deadlifts as part of mandatory. Extremely clean and well thought of for health and safety. On a scale of 1-5 I'd give give it a 4. Thanks PF!

Worked out here for a few months while in town. Gym was clean and well kept. However, when I left town I had to send a letter to cancel my subscription which is archaic. They still haven't canceled my subscription after many calls and I cannot get anyone to follow up with me about a refund or even canceling my account.

I have been to lots of gyms and PF in rock springs WY is one of the best. Between the awesome staff and cleanliness of the gym it's an easy 5 star. The manager Kelly is always very helpful and works hard to make her members happy. Their personal trainer Mel is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and makes the introduction to fitness and exercise exciting and comfortable. All the staff are always on the floor cleaning and putting equipment back were it belongs..hands down best gym in town.
