The stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and relaxing. Our bed was great, and we had a good night of rest. And breakfast was so delicious. Thank You to the ladies that prepared our omelets. We would recommend this hotel to others. Thank You for a great experience.

This place deserves like a 10 star review. Not only the rooms were great, their breakfast buffet was really good. They had made to order eggs in their buffet which is very hard to find in hotels who offer free breakfast in their package. The location was great, all the restaurants are literally at walking distance. We were travelling from Idaho to Colorado, so it was a perfect place to spend a night. Really a perfect hotel to relax.

This hotel was perfect from the get go - the gentleman that took our reservation was very helpful. Checkin was perfect. Lovely updates in the lobby, and rooms. Comfortable, clean rooms with very nice linens. The restaurant was excellent - breakfast pleased our whole group. We chose this hotel for the pool and happy we did, the pool area is very nice and warm. Pricing was more than fair for what we received.

We needed a break from driving and spent the night at this location. Front desk clerk was nice and courteous. Location was nice with food and a Wal Mart that's minutes away. Hotel was clean and neat. It was a great stay. The breakfast was good as to be expected. The hotel room was clean and did not smell. Beds where very comfortable. The room was spacious.

Older property with some charm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean albeit for some hairs in the shower and on the duvet. Many families staying here so you could hear some noise from the hallway. There was also a lot of noise coming from what seemed like the water heater in the walls. It would turn on at anytime but luckily not too often.

Two very tired cross-country travelers were happy here. It was very clean and comfortable. What drew us there was the Mexican restaurant right in the hotel so that we didn't have to walk and it was great! The hotel is slightly dated but clean as a whistle. Very easy to access from I-80 which was a great help and gas was right there too to fill up in the morning.

The hotel was clean and friendly, they allowed me a very early check in which was much appreciated after a long night of driving. Everything in the room worked and was clean, only issue there is that the provided bottle of lotion was too small for a single individual. Room was very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The reason they lose a star is because of the super early breakfast. no one wants to wake up at 5 am for a 6am breakfast on a trip, please extend the breakfast to 10, it feels like you're trying to rush your guests out of the hotel with this early breakfast

I was informed the owner was going to tear out the AMAZING SPIRAL STAIRCASE in the lobby!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. That staircase screams MidCentury Modern and is in excellent shape. I would love for others to share this with the owner and suggest to remodel the lobby making the staircase the whole focal point. It is magnificent! It would be a shame to destroy an important architectural historic part of Rock Springs! This hotel was built in the early 70's and has been kept up nicely and the rooms were good. The indoor pool was fabulous too with lots of great stone work.

Great hotel.... Stayed for two weeks for work... The hotel has a restaurant downstairs and a bar.... The complimentary breakfast is so good... They have two ppl making fresh omelettes with a good variety of ingredients to choose from to go in it.... The staff was very nice and accommodating.... Great area.... Beautiful view in the morning of the mountains

Terrible service by the girls behind the counter! But not a bad place in Rock Springs. Very quiet of course, decent rooms and pillows. I have had a couple nights of good rest at the Clarion...definitely not the worst place in RS-WY...

The hotel was amazing. We had several BMX teams stay here for the local race. The complementary practice is amazing. Anthony (hotel assistant) was kind, understanding and really welcoming. Not all the staff. Definitely a place we will come back to again.

I came to this hotel for a work stay. I had reserved three nights. When I got to my room it was a decent room. The pillows were throw pillows and I felt like I was not using a pillow at all. The room was hot in the evening so I went to use the air conditioner and it blew out warm air. It did not work the whole time. The breakfast was a small selection and was cold when you went to get an item that was ment to be hot. The biscuits were stale. I went to get it the outside entrance for patrons and it would not work. i went around to the front entrance and told them it did not work. They had turned my key off thinking I was checking out after one night, I was there for three nights. When I did go to check out they did not have an itemized receipt for me that I needed to give to my employer for the nights I was working and staying there. They replied they did not do that since it was reserved by the company I work for, I told her I needed a receipt for work. She gave me a hotel paper with my name and the word zero on it. Not going back there again and I am in Rock Springs 1 to 2 times a year for a week at a time.

Awesome breakfast buffet including an omelette station. Super clean and comfortable. Said they were starting renovations. IDK. It was a really nice surprise. I can only imagine how it would be with a makeover. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone was super friendly as well

Very clean. The breakfast was awesome and free with stay. Made to order omelets, sausage, and all the regular stuff. We stayed with our dog. They put us near a door so it was easy to walk her. Room was sizable and bed was very comfy. The decor is a bit worn in the hallways buy its so clean and nice it doesn't matter

Last night … my life changed. Every other time I’ve come to Wyoming, I’ve said to myself “there’s no good places to eat or sleep around here!”. Boy, was I wrong! Our band slept soundly in the warm embrace of the Clarion Hotel. The place was full and it’s easy to understand why! The service and people were great. All of humankind should endeavor to be like the employees here. The beds were soft and the bathrooms were well equipped. The amenities were outstanding. They’ve got a workout room for all you little buff boys…. And a super duper pool for anyone looking to make a splash! Let’s move onto the food! This was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life. The omelets were made fresh…. And they rivaled any omelet I’ve seen/heard/eaten! Fresh ingredients were used, and the greatest of these was love. We loved this place… and you will to. Let’s all work together to make the whole world feel as welcoming and wonderful as the Clarion Hotel in Rock Springs, WY.

We only stayed here for one night, but we had an incident. My toddler was looking in the mirror and the mirror fell off on his feet, thanks God nothing major happened and his feet just got swollen. My husband tried to put the mirror back in the wall and he couldn’t, because it was really heavy. That mirror should have been secure in the wall. Staff didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer any help. Also staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating. Hotel is outdated, it needs to be updated. The only good thing about this hotel is the included breakfast. I would say if you are traveling with kids, spend more 💴 and stay at a better hotel.

After a long day of driving (14hrs) we decided to stop at rock springs WY and sleep for the night. I was greeted by Abby as soon as I walked into the lobby with a smile that was radiant. The check in process was hands down the easiest I have expierenced in the last 25 years. Name? Sign this tablet for the no smoking policy. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was delicious served in the Mexican restaurant next door. Will definitely stay there on the way back. Best hotel stay on the road ever.

Everything about this hotel was great. The bed was super comfy, the room was clean, the restaurant was great, my cat loved it, and it was a really pretty area. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. They make omlettes, made to order. They are custom for each customer. I thought that was awesome!

The hotel room itself could use a little updating but it was comfortable and clean! The lobby is very nice and it has a great atmosphere with lots of common areas. The pool is the highlight for sure! WAY bigger than it seems in the photo on here and it was our favorite part. Friendly service! We didn’t have breakfast there but it sure smelled great!

The staff is fantastic. Rooms aren't that clean, the floor was disgusting, I spilled water on the plank flooring, when I wiped it up and it turned my white towel black. Over priced for the quality. A lot of things falling apart throughout the hotel. The property around hotel has garbage/litter everywhere. It is a pet friendly hotel, but they don't have any grass around whatsoever, just rocks. It is in a nice location, several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Doesn't have a hot tub but the pool is fairly warm.
