Absolutely amazing food and service. Came here for lunch and then breakfast the following morning because it was so good. The hot chocolate is some of the best I’ve ever had. The gluten free crepes are very good as well. Their homemade whipped cream is also incredible. Overall 10/10 experience.

I stopped in for a quick bite before hopping back onto the interstate. The coffee was great, nice and hot. The crepe was beautiful and very tasty. Laid back place with good atmosphere.

Cowboy Crepes& Cafe is a great place for lunch. Love their avocado toast and the strawberry crepes for desert.

Love, love, love this place! Kid approved 🙌🏾 The brown sugar latte is just delicious. We also got The Salute and Banana Nutella! Highly recommended. I split one crepe for two hungry kids and they couldn't even finish. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

My girlfriend and I were returning from a road trip to Nashville, TN on our way home to Salt Lake City. We spent the night in Rock Springs. We decided to go get breakfast and found this gem 💎. I had never eaten crepes in my life and I must say I was very impressed. I ordered the Rowdy crepe and my girlfriend ordered the tomato mozzarella. It was absolutely 💯 delicious. I would recommend Jack's Crepes to anyone without hesitation. We met the owner while leaving and he is such a great guy and chef. We both thanked him for an Amazing breakfast. Go here and you will love every delicious bite!!!

Delicious crepes and great service. We definitely recommend. Had a breakfast and a sweet crepe, and both were amazing, and a nice big portion.

Stopped here while passing through... only wish it was a local place for me, because it was DELICIOUS. Took a while (like 30 mins) during lunch so heads up, but definitely worth the wait if you can spare some time. My spouse and I shared the turkey bacon pesto avocado panini and the buffalo chicken crepe. The panini was amazing, possibly the best sandwich I've ever had - it was on multigrain bread, which I usually hate (texture), but this was soft and not too weird about seeds lol and was a little sweet in a good way; there was so much flavor packed in this sandwich, all various flavors from the various ingredients and seasonings but they all paired very well with each other, truly. And it was not overdone and too crispy like paninis sometimes are. It was really perfect, we were so full but I kinda wanted another one just for the experience again. The crepe was also so good - my spouse kinda stuck up his nose at the idea of crepes, but now he is a believer ;) Great, well balanced flavors and textures all around. Honestly probably one of my favorite restaurants now, which is a shame since I'm moving 2,000 miles away. Come to MD please, Cowboy Crepes! I didn't take a pic of the food because we ate it so fast, but here is another pic of the amazing bison coffee painting.

This place is great. Love the savory and the sweet crepes. Watching a new employee work her tail off even after having a bowl of gravy fall on the floor and other little things she has a great attitude as well as all of the staff. A small business and not a chain.

What kind of menu doesn't have prices? Add prices to the menu. Also, my wife ordered the tomato mozzarella crepe, which is supposed to have basil on it. It came made with no basil. When we asked the employee about it, we were told that they were out of basil. OK, well tell us that when we order!Don't just give the crepe to us and hope we don't notice. Come on.

These crepes are delicious and very filling. It's worth visiting for the coffee alone; they give you the French press so you can choose how long to let your coffee brew, and press it yourself. Best coffee I've had in a long time!

Absolutely a great place to eat any meal! Very casual and easy going prices. Upscale in food quality and presentation. Quality ingredients, hearty portions. Varied menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner dessert!!) makes you want one of everything...we ate there 2 days in a row. Also a nice surprise during our brief visit to Rock Springs!

Great crepes! Huge crepes! Perfect portions. Pretty & tasty presentation. The staff has great energy & obviously love their jobs! Clean & friendly. So tasty. Brought the whole family for breakfast & everyone was stealing bites from each other! The pink drink was tasty. The classic, the rowdy cowboy (amazing!!!), the ultimate, the strawberry Nutella, the kids half chocolate, pan crepe with maple syrup. All fantastic.

If you havent been to jacks crapes yet you need to make a stop!!! This place is worth watching out and takeing a break for the day. The food is dosent leave you wanting or sure with good sized portions at reasonable prices! Does not disappoint in flavor either with such a wide variety of crapes to choose from! I had the mozzarella tomato while my husband had the snickers! Both were savory dishes and satisfying! The service was very considerate of accommodated us kindly.

I was super excited about gluten free crepes, the only problem was deciding on what to order! It all sounded so good. We got the flying Hawaiian and the buffalo chicken crepes, both amazing! Added bonus of great coffees and Red Bull infusions! I will definitely be coming back every time I pass through to and from Denver.

Food is average, the crepe itself wasn’t made to order, it was reheated and counting myself there were only two customers in store, so why isn’t the crepe itself made fresh? We ordered four crepes to go, got home and my Gardenia breakfast crepe that’s supposed to have eggs and fresh basil, didn’t have either and if you’re out of those ingredients, why not weren’t we told? Why aren’t there prices on the menu? $50 for mediocre, reheated food, that didn’t come with all ingredients.

I had an excellent crepe filled with mushrooms and spinach, topped with hollandaise sauce and bright red tasty cherry tomatoes. Really good. And really good coffee served in an insulated French press pot. They appear to be a new business so I wish them good luck on their excellent establishment. So glad I found it on my long road trip.

Waaaaaayyy pricey. I’m am not sure the reason? Because the taste was just…eh. Also the ingredients where switched in our crepes making it so there was no Nutella and Banana crepe for my wife while driving into the nowhere Wyoming interstate. My words of advise for the customer, it’s not worth the time or money. My words of advise for the store owner, focus on the details, and maybe drop the prices by a dollar or two. Oh and the “famous” whip cream needs some love.
