We planned this stop to eat at this restaurant because of the reviews and the Navajo Tacos. We had the sweetest server who was so helpful and the kitchen made us a special dessert on top of that! What a wonderful experience! We'll be back for breakfast tomorrow!

Delicious food. We're from California and this place does it right with their own upgrade with their optional flat bread. Great fast service. Served us 2 basket of chips 2 salsas per basket. Make sure to stop by!!

The food is good. Sweet tea is good. I ordered two chicken enchiladas came with red sauce you can get different sauce. They came with some kind of sweet bread I don't know the Spanish name for it. The other photo is Mexican egg roll that was pretty good with the dipping sauce. The sweet bread I do not like the add-on to the dish for the enchiladas. Rice and refried beans that came with the enchiladas dish didn't really care for.. our server was great, her name is Andrea B.... We were here a time before, they had menu's. Now they are having you use a scan code to look at the menu on your smart phone. I was told they are getting away from the menus you hold. I didnt ask why.

This was a good dinner with an odd modification: I had the Fajita Quesadilla and the wrap it was in was a thicker Naan bread. It made for a rather clunky meal. The steak was well prepared, though. Not bad, and easily suggestible as a place to eat.

The atmosphere is the best thing about the place. Happy hour Margarita's are sickeningly sweet. It's Mexican food honestly I wasn't expecting a lot and it thoroughly disappointed. ordered a soft taco and the salt level in it made me think they were poisoning us. We popped in for the margarita special and we were told in order to get the margarita special we had to order food. so we picked a soft taco and all I can say is I am very grateful that we did not order a full meal the entire thing was in edible. Even our waitress agreed. Nope never again.

We kept driving by Santa Fe Southwest Grill and finally checked reviews and it sounded like a good place to try. Well it was quite good and we wish we had tried it early in our stay, since we would have eaten there more than once. I have the Stuffed Navajo and my wife had the Margarita Chicken and we were both happy.

On my road trip from northern Washington to Denver, the best meal I had was at Santa Fe Southwest Grill! I was so happy to find this gem of a restaurant in Rock Springs, Wyoming. I ordered the chimichanga, with shredded beef. It was most excellent! I have gotten chimis at many restaurants, and this was the best one I've ever had. It came with rice and beans, which were both perfectly prepared. The price for the meal was a very reasonable $8.99. I liked the lively casual atmosphere in the restaurant, and all of the folks working there are happy and friendly. It seems like they enjoy working there, which says a lot about a place. I will eat at the Santa Fe Southwest Grill any time I am traveling through Wyoming on Interstate 80.

The chicken stuffed sopapilla was fabulous with the jalapeno sour cream sauce. I had the Indian fry bread was exceptional, must have with honey. Roberto was our server, he was what all servers should be like, fast and courteous. Overall highly recommended.

Tex-Mex Delight: Santa Fe Restaurant Review: Santa Fe Southwest Grill - A Tex-Mex Delight in Rock Springs, Wyoming Located in the heart of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Santa Fe Southwest Grill is a hidden gem that promises a delightful culinary journey through Tex-Mex and American flavors. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I couldn't wait to try out their renowned Border Burger, which I had heard countless rave reviews about. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Ambiance: Stepping into Santa Fe Southwest Grill, I was immediately captivated by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was adorned with vibrant Southwestern-inspired decor, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The rustic wooden accents and subtle lighting set the stage for a pleasant dining experience, making it the perfect place to unwind with family and friends. Service: One of the highlights of my visit to Santa Fe was the exceptional service provided by our server, Andrea. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness were evident from the moment she greeted us at the table. She patiently answered all our questions and offered helpful recommendations, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Menu and Food: The menu at Santa Fe Southwest Grill boasts a tempting selection of Tex-Mex and American dishes, catering to a variety of taste preferences. After much contemplation, I decided to go for their highly-acclaimed Border Burger, and boy, was it a wise choice! The Border Burger was simply extraordinary. The first bite sent my taste buds into a frenzy of flavors, and I immediately understood why people couldn't stop talking about it. The patty, made from their freshly ground hamburger, was cooked to perfection, exuding juiciness and a smoky char that hinted at the quality of their ingredients. The accompanying toppings, such as pulled pork, bacon, and zesty fried onions, all complemented each other brilliantly, creating a symphony of flavors in every mouthful. To top it off, the brioche bun was soft, yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting soggy. Chips and Salsa: Before the main course, we were served a basket of crispy, freshly fried tortilla chips alongside a bowl of vibrant salsa. The chips were addictively crunchy, and the salsa was a revelation. Bursting with the freshness of ripe tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and just the right amount of spice, it was an ideal accompaniment to whet our appetites. Drinks: I decided to pair my Border Burger with a refreshing glass of unsweetened tea. It was evident that the tea had been freshly brewed, as its subtle, natural flavors worked wonders in balancing the richness of the burger. Moreover, it was a perfect choice to beat the Wyoming heat. Final Thoughts: Santa Fe Southwest Grill surpassed all my expectations, leaving me with a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in their food preparation, especially grinding their hamburger in-house, sets them apart from the rest. Coupled with the inviting ambiance and exceptional service from Andrea, this restaurant deserves every bit of praise it receives. If you find yourself in Rock Springs, Wyoming, and have a hankering for some Tex-Mex and American goodness, don't miss the chance to dine at Santa Fe Southwest Grill. I highly recommend indulging in their delectable Border Burger, alongside their outstanding chips and salsa. Be prepared to savor every moment as you embark on a culinary journey that showcases the best of Southwest flavors and hospitality.

We went into Santa Fe last night for dinner. Service: Our waiter JosΓ© was INCREDIBLE. He was so kind and attentive. He even had some good conversations with our toddler. The manager stopped by as well to see how everything was going. Meal: we've been to just about everywhere out here, and this was by far the best meal we've had. Everyone was extremely happy with their meals! The raspberry margaritas are incredible. We don't go out often, but this was an amazing experience and we will be back!

I have lunched here several times and I find the food to be consistent and good--but not exceptional. The service is extremely friendly and reasonably prompt. I appreciate the un-fussy atmosphere. Meals are reasonably priced. I like that their cocktails are not "strong." I like to enjoy the flavors and have no desire for intoxication. In short, I recommend this restaurant for its consistency, value, and friendliness.

I had been driving all day and showed up 5 minutes to close. Everyone was very gracious and cool. Before even asking me if I wanted dinner (at 8.55pm) they provided me with chips and salsa, (which they make in the house, and its awesome) and took my drink order. They had no problem offering the entire menu 4 minutes before the kitchen was about to close. All without an attitude of "we're ready to go! Why are you here!?" I will definitely be returning, for both the service and atmosphere, as well as the fresh homemade salsa.

We were seated quickly, and the server got to us quickly too. She was polite, but not very friendly and seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of there. The food was better than a lot of things we've tried in the area, and the portions were appropriate for the price we paid. We will probably go back, but it wasn't enough to draw us back in a hurry.

A very busy restaurant with good Mexican food and excellent waitstaff. Prices were more than reasonable. We happened to arrive before happy hour and were seated immediately. By the time we left, the place was packed with a line out the door. Killer margaritas. 1

Grade A Mexican restaurant. Rice and beans were great. The pork burrito was deliciously spicy. The Sopapillas are amazing never had those before but the cinnamon butter they come with make them one of the best sides I've ever had.

We really enjoyed our dinner here, and Sierra, our server, was just delightful. She was very happy to accommodate my odd drink request. The food was delicious. I tried a mushroom, onion and garlic steak along with steamed veggies and a side salad. It was a good sized portion and nicely cooked. My guy had a burrito with a cheesy jalapeΓ±o sauce and he was happy. It was a bigger than average portion. Try this place out. You'll be happy you did.

Ordered the chicken fajitas and although it tasted good it was not hot, it’s supposed to come in the sizzling pan but the pan was warm at best. The servers were friendly and atmosphere is nice.

Clean, comfortable, and good food. They have a pretty extensive menu. I liked the whiskey options on the menu. Our waitress took very good care of us and had a lot of patience talking with my son (he likes to talk lol). Overall a good experience.
