Excellent Choice The wedge salad was amazing. Just the right amount of blue cheese, bacon and lettuce. The steak frittes was so tender I cut it with my fork. Excellent rub, glaze and cooked perfectly, just as I ordered. Impressed by the attention to detail since I love beautiful food. My husband's steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as he wanted. The salad was fun with the tasty herbs. Highly recommend. Love the atmosphere. The brunch is the best! Just had the eggs benedict.....perfection. Husband had pork belly....he can't eat to come back. So yummy.

The atmosphere is charming-- fresh flowers, pretty glassware, and clean linens. The new elements of carpentry lend the space a more natural, airy appearance. The menus are professionally printed on paper (perhaps an indication that the menu updates will be seasonal and comprised of more than white-out over the former price). The staff are dashing in black pants, white button-downs, and small aprons and their courtesy, timing, and grace is uncommon in towns like ours. They know just how long to linger for a chat, when to refill drinks, and when to bring the next course. The food is excellently prepared with a focus on flavor. The combinations of herbs and spices and the parings of proteins, grains, and vegetables are indicative of an experienced, knowledgeable chef. The desserts are also expertly considered. The homemade mint ice-cream tastes likely a freshly picked sprig. You won’t find a more welcoming atmosphere in town and you certainly won’t taste anything more delicious than the options at Eve’s.

Great dining experience. Lovely outside area overlooking the golf course. Great service. Drink was strong but I would say most customers like that. Food was excellent - arugula salad, trout and delicious rhubarb ice cream. I didn't particularly care for the fritters that came with the fish (seemed dry) and the brown butter cake was a bit too sweet for me. But both things are minor and I was impressed with how fresh everything was.

Lovely experience here! Liz was our waitress and she was outstanding. Very polite and attentive. In fact, several wait staff came and checked on us multiple times. The food was amazing! We split the wedge salad, I had the chicken and hubby had the filet. All were excellent. Some veggies are farmed locally and noted on the menu. Very fresh. Dessert was amazing as well, Huckleberry Creme Brûlée. The coffee the end was served with the cutest, most delicate creamer cup. To top it off, the views of the golf course made the experience all the more memorable.

If you haven't been to Eve's for brunch on Sundays you are missing out on a great experience. All three dishes my Husband and I ordered were mouth watering. The brunch menu was pretty impressive yet very affordable. I also had a yummy peach bellini. The aromas and flavors took me to another place. The views of the golf course greens give great ambiance. Remember brunch is only on Sunday and reservations are not required but they are appreciated. Recently went there for dinner and had the Water Lily drink. Best drink I have ever had and it was gorgeous!

This is a review on their brunch. Starting with the Yogurt/cheese/fruit tray. The cheese and bread spread were the stars of the plate. The entire dish is pretty good, but the bread and cheese alone was worth it. The daily special of french toast was fantastic. There was a lot more on the plate than we expected, and it was satisfyingly delicious. Paired with a few of the sliced bananas from the cheese plate, really added to the dish. The eggs benny was fantastic. They nailed the hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were a little different, but it was refreshing to have something other than generic hash browns or diced potatoes. They were small whole potatoes with an interesting spice. I've been here for dinner a few times, so Im no stranger to how high the bill can get, but that was not the case at all for brunch. Three entrées, and the cheese/fruit plate brought my order to $59, which is just insane for the quality of food. Compared to other comparable restaurants in the Rock Springs area, Eves is hands down the best in town. Onto the service! Every staff member there is incredibly nice. We had a young gentleman serve us, and he was on top of everything. Polite, and very helpful. I truly appreciate good service, and I hope if you dine at Eves you tip accordingly. Thanks again to Eves. It can be hard to find a place in Rock Springs thats worth the money, but its easily spent here. Between the fantastic food and the outstanding service, Eves shines above the rest.

Absolutely phonemal! Delicious food, friendly and effective service. Above all they locally source their food when/where possible (not necessary but definitely a huge plus). Wonderful depth of flavors for both new/unique dishes and classics. Great experience! Food was very reasonably priced for the portion size and quality you get. I'm excited for my next visit. THANK YOU EVE'S!!!

My family and I ate at this restaurant for a celebration brunch on Sunday. We were there more than an hour before our orders were taken and it was more than 45 minutes before those orders were brought to the table. When the food arrived, all of it was cold. The food I ate seemed fine until I got home and became very sick. It's now the second day and I still haven't been able to eat anything else since I left the restaurant, and I'm still horribly sick. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep last night. I called the restaurant back and told them, and all they said they'd do about it was check the food. It is unequivocally the worst $46 I've ever spent in any dining establishment, and I'm a frequent global traveler. As for the service, not only was the food slow to order and slow to arrive, the server, while nice, was as inattentive as could be. There were things that should've been brought with the food that weren't, she didn't come back to check on drinks until we hunted her down - something we had to do several times, she got the separate checks really wrong, and when she offered to give a discount to one person in our party for the problems they were having, the discount was not included in the check. The view is nice, but as far as food and a good dining experience, avoid this place like the plague... and I mean that in the literal sense.

The location is beautiful and the food is really good! Service was top notch. We didn't have a reservation and were seated quickly on a Friday evening. Definitely recommend for a nice, upscale date night! There is a menu online, it was slightly different than what was offered, assuming this is due to seasonal variations in available ingredients.

My organization had an event there this past weekend and I can not say enough good things about this establishment. The people, the atmosphere and the amazing food was one that most of the people that attended said they had never experienced before! I have had nothing but amazing things said to me about every aspect of this restaurant as a venue! The staff went above and beyond! They were so attentive and amazing! The food was fabulous and so flavorful! We had some vegetarians and a few with more dietary restrictions than most people and they were the loudest praises, and honestly that never happens! The owners are the most genuine people you will ever meet. They actually listen to what your event needs and makes it happen! If you have an event in the Rock Springs area I would most definitely recommend Eve's 10/10! And if you are just going there for dinner I can't imagine it would be any less!

I SO BADLY wanted my experience at Eve's to be great! And I'd say it was very half and half. We went to Eve's for a special occasion, specifically to have a "nicer than usual" meal. So we had a decent sized party of about 9 people. We were put behind a wall, which was nice for the privacy... buuuut I think since we were out of sight, we were out of mind for our waitress 😬 it took FOREVER to get our orders, our drinks, our food, and the tickets. We were there from 11am-2pm 🫠 she was a nice girl! But that's a long time and we had other things we needed to do that day. Anyways I got the eggs Benny, which the hallandaise sauce was AMAZING! But my food was cold and my eggs were overcooked so no yolk for me (or my sister lol). And it had taken so long to get my food that I couldn't send it back or get a new plate because we had already spent so much time there. My brother in law and I had ordered coffee and it was SUCH a let down, the cups are much smaller than a normal sized coffee you would get at a restaurant (actually ALL the drinks were much smaller but I digress) the coffee was so bold and bitter, no options on flavored creams, so we had to load up on sugar and heavy whipping cream just to drink it for the caffeine. And these little cups of coffee were like $4 so I was expecting more but oh well lesson learned. On that note of tiny cups, I got my son a Shirley Temple that was itty-bitty and packed with ice for $5 🫠 and the mimosas and bloody Mary "pitchers" are NOT what you expect for a standard sized pitcher. And then getting the receipts correct was a nightmare and a half.**no we did not receive a discount for cold and overcooked food** So all in all... the food IS good, but cold and over cooked. The drinks are very small amounts and way over priced compared to menu food items. The staff was kind of inattentive but nice when they came around. The atmosphere was nice but the wall made our waitress forget us. The time spent there was absolutely ridiculous even for a big party size. Would I go back to Eve's? Mmmm idk probably not for brunch though. Oh and my son has autism so he's super picky eater 🫠 not a lot of options for him like chicken tenders

Eve's is a great spot for a "fancier" dinner or a fun brunch. My husband and I like to go here for special occasions. My only real complaint is the wait time. I understand every dish is cooked to order, that takes time and it's part of what makes it so great, but there have been a few occasions where we have waited 2-3 hours to be served our entrees. Maybe have a little snack to hold you over before going for dinner. I highly recommend the ribeye! I get it every time.

This restaurant is different from any place in sweetwater county. The menu is exotic. Our meal was wonderful and the desert was one of a kind. The waitress, Layla, was as professional and kind as can be and added an extra great atmosphere to our time there! Thank you, Layla!

I’ve gone more times for brunch than dinner but both have been great. I’ve had good service the handful of times I’ve gone. I know it depends what server you get according to some of my friends. The bloody Mary’s for brunch are fantastic! The skewer in it was full of treats which every Bloody Mary should have, not like other places that give you two olives(ha!).

I enjoy having dinner here. Friendly staff, fresh menu, pleasant experience every time we've been in. The cocktail selection is refreshing and includes mocktails. There are usually vegetarian options for meals, and I've heard some things can be made vegan. There is a lot of grass outside. Neat! Will be back again soon.

Eve's was a real treat to find in Soda Springs. Everyone in my party throughly enjoyed their meals. The food was modern and delicious, and the portions were STAGGERING. Most of us had to take a plate away with us! Will definitely return next time we're in the area.

Best burger ever!!!! I know crave this burger all of the time. I got the bluesey burger and my husband had the bacon burger. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server was a very kind young gentleman.

Food was good, however, management needs some attention& education on handling large groups. Management had prior notice this group would be coming however no effort expended on planning how to service the group. A group of 42 people serviced by two people while servers are focused on resetting tables for the next day is not good management. We waited for over 2 hours for our food. Drinks were carried out 2 or 2 at a time. 4 servers were resetting/preparing tables while 2 servers were attempting to care for our large group. I definitely would not recommend for a large group.

Excellent food and good service. Menu offers some interesting items, all the ones we had were perfectly prepared. Service was attentive without being annoying. Wine list has very reasonable prices and covers all the important bases. Will return next time I am in the area.
