Before
today
I
used
to
go
to
this
restaurant
atleast
once
a
week.
Today
I
got
home
after
ordering
a
burrito
and
nachos.
As
I
was
eating
my
nachos
I
found
a
piece
of
clear
plastic
bag
mixed
in.
I
called
and
got
transferred
3
times
before
I
was
able
to
speak
to
the
owner
to
"See
if
something
could
be
done,"
according
to
the
person
who
answered
the
call.
He
said
I
could
get
my
money
back
or
exchange
my
item.
When
I
arrived
and
showed
him
the
plastic
he
apologized
and
kind
of
dismissed
it
as
a
mistake,
and
asked
if
I
wanted
to
exchange
the
nachos
or
get
my
money
back.
Due
to
his
nonchalant
attitude,
I
elected
to
get
my
money
back,
and
expressed
how
I
was
a
loyal
customer
and
didn't
like
the
way
the
issue
was
being
handled.
He
acted
as
if
he
was
too
busy
to
hear
me,
and
like
it's
normal
to
find
a
piece
of
plastic
bag
in
your
food.
When
I
got
to
the
cashier
I
was
expressing
how
I
was
a
loyal
customer
and
did
not
like
how
the
situation
was
being
handled.
She
flat
out
ignored
me
and
tried
to
take
the
order
of
the
person
behind
me
(twice)
as
if
I
wasn't
speaking.
I
feel
like
i
just
experienced
racism
from
a
place
that
I
patronize
frequently
and
am
very
upset.
Needless
to
say
they
will
never
get
my
money
again,
and
they
should
be
glad
I'm
not
the
type
to
sue
for
negligence.
