Worst customer services I have ever experienced in any store...! Make sure you double check what you pay for, as the Manager doesn't want to know you if you find a defect or were given the wrong item when you left the store. I was actually shocked at the response when we advised of some issues we found with a couple of items we purchased and had spent around $800 in the store. We were looking forward to getting the items exchanged and buying some more items from the store, but we will never reward the poor service and attitude we received.

I live in the UK but I would like to recommend this shop to anyone to buy from as the service we had from Laura was first class , she went way above and beyond what we expected. When the parcel was late due to the courier, she exceeded beyond what was required of her by keeping me informed of the progress. My wife was ecstatic when the parcel arrived and the dress is exactly as described. We would give this company more than 5stars if we could. Service much better than over here .

This store and website has such a beautiful selection of labels. The shop and team are always friendly and so helpful. They have exceptional style. I've bought quite a bit from them online and it was super easy and their delivery is so quick. LOVE !! Highly Recommend Secret Girl Stuff

I just have to say how much I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Secret Girls Stuff in Rockhampton. Megan and the girls are always so welcoming and go out of their way to not only find what I’m looking for but have introduced me to new styling, correct sizing and perfect colour coordination. The store has great accessories, shoes hats and high quality handbags, it really is one stop shopping. So, if you’re in Rocky pop in for a great shopping experience or, if you’re out of town, they do have online shopping as well. Thanks for looking after me girls.

Cute little shop, however if you want to receive nice customer service than keep walking. Even though the older lady was nice and helped, the younger two were more interested in their phones than offering any form of assistance. It is never nice to listen to people talking about you and trying to talk low enough to cover up what they are doing. Overall, I left feeling like the scene in pretty women when she was trying to buy a dress. So to Secret Girl Stuff - don't judge a book by its cover, everyone deserves respect.

The lovely ladies here are true retail professionals. Given the current Australia Post delays, my purchase stood idle at a Distribution Centre for almost one month.
