Mei is so lovely and very welcoming. She knows what she is doing, had a wonderful deep tissue massage, which helped relieve pain in my shoulders and neck. Mei really cares about her clients and aspires to deliver a great services to each individual based on their need. I will definitely be a returning client and highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic!! I had been suffering from pain in my back for about a week and having trouble sleeping due to it. I got a 30 minute massage and I feel amazing. The pain is not entirely gone but my back is no longer really tight and the pain has definitely eased. I will be booking in again and will perhaps get the massage and cupping next time.

I went due to fluid issues in my fingers and with my hands and sore, tense muscles in my arms. Mei was amazing! She worked on my fingers, hands, arms etc and it definitely made a huge difference. My swelling has come down, my arms are no longer sore, my fluid build up is far less. I had massage, cupping, hot rocks, Mei is extremely professional and knows what to do for the swelling etc. I am definitely going back, thank you so much! I had the deep tissue with cupping therapy on Sunday. The girl there gave an excellent deep tissue massage. Definitely one of the best massages I have had. She's very friendly, and can tell exactly where the pain is. I will be back. I recommend her for sure.

Attended Kneaded Relief with tightness and pain in left calf , an hour later walked out, no pain ,slight tightness in calf. Mei treated the injury dry needling and deep massage , really hit the spot, pain relief was almost instantaneous, job well done.

Lei and Birdie were excellent. They worked on my back and shoulders, which were totally knotted and very sore. Now I’m feeling less stress and tension all over. I also enjoyed the “Cupping” experience, a traditional Chinese remedy for aching muscles. I will certainly be back again and definitely recommend them.
