I am 21 years old at the time of writing this. Today, I worked for 10 hours total, texted my family what is for dinner, and they didn’t know, so they decided to order from this dominos establishment. They said it would be ready in 35-45 minutes, which was a bit of a bummer since I was just clocking out of my second job of the day, so I would have to wait a bit. I arrive at the dominos and wait a bit until it was time. I walk in and ask them about the order. They said it was ready, but it wasn’t my order, so I confronted them on it. Then they said that my order would be ready in another 15-20 minutes. So I wait again. The next time I go in, I ask about it again. It turns out they gave my order to the wrong person. I don’t know how they managed to do that. They told me 15 more minutes. Finally, I got my order, and the food wasn’t even that good.

Late, luke warm, and bare minimum of size and ingredients. More like a piece of crunchy bread loosely scattered with whatever is left in the ingredients. Jalapeño chicken had a total of 4 Jalapeños. Must have counted to go along with the bottom of the bag processed nuggets. Small bits of chicken hard like bullets. Use a smaller box if you're going to do that. Makes the Oliver Twist portions look bigger.

This location is fantastic for local delivery!!! They are FAST. My only complaint is front end customer service. You walk in, nobody acknowledges you, and you just stand there and wait thinking, “Did my order go through?” “Am I a ghost?” “Am I dead?” Thankfully their delivery driver showed up and seen me waiting. He was fast and helpful. I love tipping for good service.

Had a great visit here. Little dominos might be small but they were efficient. Was on way home decide pizza pulled in. Love the observation area for kids missed that about dominos loved to see that with a sitting area and tv broadcasting the pizza tracker. Was greeted in a friendly manner and the staff couldnt been more great. Got food properly and cooked perfect. Was even given napkins plates and spoons. Thank you I suggest this dominos to anyone in the area.

Horrible customer service. Man at the counter was too busy talking to a women to consider helping us. Order was suppose to be done at 647-657. Our order was sitting on the top shelf when we were there to pick it up but we got sick of waiting so went to Dunkin' Donuts and came back and STILL had to wait until 7:23 to get help. If you want to be straight up ignored, go here! I've realized the man that was standing there talking and ignoring us is the manager and will never return.

Ordered pizza at 8:28pm tracker showed order being prepared. 10:00 pm tracker still saying order being prepared. Called the store said it would be another hour cancelled order. I did an online order if they cant fill it then they should let the customer know.

Ordered thin crunchy pizza and it was floppy and not crunchy a little disappointing as I don’t get it very often and was in the mood for a crunch lol. Pizza taste delicious though but what’s the point of getting crunchy pizza if it’s not crunchy

If you hate your job then quit. Stop making me suffer because i want a pizza and you hate your job and dont want to make me a pizza. Theyre delivery sucks, their customer service sucks, its over priced, and they mess up your order every time somehow. Plus when you come back a couple months to try them again even though you know you shouldnt. Every face will be new because they cant keep an employee to save their life. And those new people will hate their life just the same and mess up your pizza and not care when you confront them about it. Plus apparently remembering to add the seasoning to the crust is only reserved for brain surgeons and harvard graduates because no one else can ever remember to do it. Want my advice. Go to hannafords and buy a portland pie co dough, and some sauce and cheese and make it yourself.

Genuinely one of the worst of the Domino’s stores in the chain. The employees have all emotionally given up and don’t care if the customers have a good experience or even the correct food for that matter. Last time I ordered from them I made the mistake of using pinpoint ordering. My driver never showed up and the store said it was my fault for not talking to them. I had to drive all the way to the store for a cold limp pizza with no reimbursement or even an apology. Tonight I decided to try again and ordered a 5 topping large only to arrive and have it missing a topping. I asked why and to have it remade only to be told “one of my coworkers just left to get the ingredient. All I could do for you is put the ingredient on your pizza cold”. We were given cold attitudes by most all of the employees there for asking for them to remake it. Don’t buy from this store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

When I ordered I expected to get a nutritious meal for paying the amount of money I paid.I received a scant amt of hamburger a scant amount of onion,green pepper and mushrooms.The pizza was a big dissapointment I will never purchase another one.

No complaints. My kids love this place, and they are generally pretty fast and always accurate

I am a loyal customer to the Rockland Dominos, and always love it every-time I order, but tonight….. no idea what happened, literally a week ago I had the best pizza ever and today it was cold, there was a hole in my pizza which scared me, and instead of the garlic seasoned, hand tossed crust it was thin and flat. They also didn’t give me the garlic twist I asked for, I have to drive 30 minutes to get to a dominos and this really hurt.

Hey if you don’t like answering the phone Andrew, then don’t work for Dominos. Such a lousy attitude you just gave me on the phone. Good luck keeping a job acting that way!

I have ordered from this location so many times I couldn't even begin to count. One thing is always consistent and that is the great customer service. Whether I order to pick up or I get my order delivered, the Domino's employees are polite, professional, and prompt. The only complaint I have ever had was that the online ordering system was not set up to allow me to order online for delivery to my home; however, a call to the restaurant always remedied this issue and I see now that the problem is corrected. Thank You for the great service and the great product!

Don’t know why or if we were just extra hungry but tonight our favorite Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was just out of this World! We always enjoy this combo but for some reason everything came together perfectly. The Bread bites we ordered separately were a hit as well. Kudos to the staff at Rockland,Me Dominoes for a truly superb pizza. Even the dog was beside himself with loving his share. YOU GUYS AND GALS DONE GOOD!!!

As long as I've lived here they have always delivered up beechwood st to the Warren Town line for 30+ years. My house isn't more than 3 miles away and they won't deliver. If you can't deliver less than 3 miles away why would you even bother having delivery as an option.

Every time we give them another chance we get disappointed because the pizza toppings have gone through on stilts. When you are ordering three or four ingredients you would like to be able to see three or four ingredients spread out when you can't see the sausage on a mushroom onion and sausage pizza something is wrong.

This store is severely short staffed and the company is probably paying them less than $15/hr to be berated by customers. Food service employees deserve respect. My pizza was I think the best dominos I've had in a very long time, the employees were so kind to me even though it was a skeleton crew. They did and amazing job tonight and if any corporate low life sees this, please pay your employees more, and give them proper staffing. And if you can't give them staffing, cut the store's hours so the crew can rest. No need for dominos to be open until 2am.

Placed an order 2 miles away at Resort. Placed order 4:34 got order 7:15. According to site my order should have been free. Went to McDonald's to grab my kids dinner because it took so long. No apologies no credit nothing. Will NOT order from them again. I'm visiting from out of state $45 wasted dollars

The staff was present, the entrance area is small so only 4 people could fit comfortably while respecting social distancing. I loved the order list. It's a great way for the customer to know where their order stands among the other orders and the food was yummy

Thin crust is the way to go. Pizza is always flavorful. Not greasy! For fast food pizza I would say that they are doing a good job. The just have a hard time finding my house. Hint: it’s the only house with the front porch light on!
