I ordered in drive thru the 8 piece meal and they were out of coleslaw and green beans so I got the corn. I ordered the grill chicken and she said there a 6 minutes waiting time I said okay and then it took another 25 minutes waiting for my order. I received my order and asked if she put the condiments in bag she said yes and left so I checked and there's was no condiments so I had to go in side and get them. I can say this that the grill chicken was hot and good. But the Corn was dry and Cold .Service needs some help and leader ship.

I have not been to kentucky fried chicken in a long time. Was confused with the whole order I wanted a 12 piece mixed a block. It ended up with just legs and thighs that we're broken and can't look to live on the dark side and hard biscuits the sides were. Good and I don't think I'm ever gonna go to Kentucky. Fried chicken again? It was not the same as I remember it. Thanks for the disappointment

Check your bag before you leave parking lot if they forget something and you get home and call them and come to pick it up they will call you a liar. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are so argumentative. On top of that they messed up the order we called they said they would have it ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes I guess as a "punishment" for their own mistake. They told my mom too to never come back. Coporate was super amazing though and sweet and hopefully they do really do re-training there. It is absolutely atrocious they treat customers and we've been going there for years. We will use another location unless we get a personal apology from management in the location. *Update* my mom was so upset my dad called assistant manager hung up on him. He called again this time talked to the manager and the manager apologized so glad at least manager has some decency. I understand the fast food industry is hard but there is no excuse to be so rude.

Why am I waiting 20 min. on a 2 pc combo? Ended up having to go inside to get my order. It was brought out but was wrong. This place ain't worth it. Go somewhere else. Horrible service! ZERO stars!!! I quit going ro this location before for same reason. Will not go back!

Okay, as usual I go to a place with five stars in mind. Then after I've finished interacting with the employees and checking out the establishment I begin to subtract star's if necessary. Unfortunately, this was one of those times where subtracting stars was necessary. Let's begin with Cameron the cashier, this young man had more attitude then enough for someone who is greeting customers. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but whatever the case, he made me feel like he didn't like his job or me. I approached with a smile and a happy demeanor and got shut down with his attitude. He needs training on how to interact with customers. Second they were already out of original wings by 3 in the afternoon. 3rd my chicken breast was so oily it's soaked the paper it was on and I had to get another one, no thanks to the young lady who I asked in the first place, she excused herself past me out to the drive-thru while I was standing at the counter waiting, but thanks to the young lady who saw me looking confused, I got another one which was pretty much just as oily but I ate it because it was hot and I was hungry. And last but not least, Cameron decided to come out and sweep around the tables while I was eating. I cannot stand when workers do that, kicking up dust while someone is eating is totally disrespectful. So I had to ask him not to sweep while I was eating and he did stop. I'll finish with this, both the young lady who served my food and the young lady who gave me a replacement chicken breast had smiles on their face and very nice attitudes, so I'm leaving here with a 3-star attitude. Maybe the next time I come back, which I think I will, I can upgrade it

I waited for 30 minutes with 1 car ahead of me, for a kids meal this place is SLOW Good luck if you're wanting moderately fastfood..NOT coming here again

Wife and I wanted a quick small lunch. We ordered a 5 pack and an 8 pack of their chicken nuggets as well as mashed potatoes for each of us. The chicken nuggets were absolutely horrible. They were the size of marbles and were probably fried 5 or 6 hours earlier. They were inedible and we actually threw them all in the trash. If I get in the mood for chicken nuggets again, McDonalds here I come. We'll NEVER buy anything from this franchise again. The owner of this franchise needs to sell it to someone that cares what his store is serving.

This is the ONLY store where the chicken is sufficiently crispy. The others leave wet fat under the thick coating. Yuck. I would prefer an option for no coating at all.

Just alright. Loose sink faucet in men's bathroom. Really good sodas though. Chicken seamed overly greesy but juicy and good flavor. Never enough old fashioned crispy. Was supposed to be half and half. None of it was crispy. Excellent coleslaw and mash and gravy.

Went through drive thru. Ordered 20 PC meal. Price of it all was shocking but I guess that is just the way it is everywhere, just unexpected for what used to be a really good value meal. Service was quick and order was complete even with requested dipping sauces.

Oh wow, I had such a fantastic experience at the drive-through today! I decided to treat myself to a classic original chicken sandwich combo, but boy was I in for a surprise. Instead of the delicious sandwich I was craving, what I received was a masterpiece known as the famous bowl. Can you believe it? They generously topped it off with the tiniest chicken nuggets I have ever laid eyes on, dare I say, "micro" in size. But wait, there's more! As if that wasn't enough, they also served it on a mountain of instant mashed potatoes. How creative! Naturally, being the understanding person that I am, I decided to just let it slide since I was already home. I mean, who wouldn't want to dig into such a culinary masterpiece?

I go into KFC often to have the chicken pot pie which is always been very good. the chicken as is always warm and tasty. The one thing for sure is the crew is always working together in harmony and they always go above and beyond for the customer. The managers are always polite and willing to help

We ordered 8 wings, meal. We received 4 I have never seen wings so small, winglettes. Mac and cheese looked old and was dry. We ordered nuggets and they were out, this was the second time. We ordered raspberry tea, received regular tea. We're done.

As a doordasher, do not take orders that come from this KFC location. They do not complete your order quickly whatsoever, and I stood waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes before they told me that it would be another 25 before my order would be complete to deliver.
