I
ordered
on
the
app
(nothing
new),
except
this
time
the
Door
Dasher
stole
my
food.
I
tried
reaching
out
to
the
store,
but
was
told
by
Ava
that
I
needed
to
reach
out
to
Door
Dash
myself.
When
I
asked
if
there's
a
specific
number
to
call
for
this
issue,
she
said
"just
google
it
and
you'll
figure
it
out".
I
went
ahead
and
got
a
hold
of
a
rep,
but
was
told
because
of
the
way
that
Tropical
Smoothie
operates
their
app,
Door
Dash
has
no
say
in
what
occurs,
and
any
refunds
must
be
made
store
side.
So
I
called
the
store
again
and
was
told
by
a
manager
that
they'd
have
to
get
their
general
manager
to
call
me
back
to
issue
a
refund,
assuring
me
they'd
call.
This
was
7
days
ago.
I
haven't
heard
anything.
This
location
doesn't
seem
to
answer
my
calls.
I
do
not
have
a
way
to
contact
said
general
manager.
So
now
I'm
just
out
money
with
no
explanation
or
refund.
