Took 30 min for them to realize they didn’t make my one smoothie order I just walked in and ordered. Was the only customer when I walked in. Besides their buddies they were too busy chatting with to do the one thing you’re paid to do. Make smoothies. No worries though. They made the 4 other customers smoothies who had just walked in behind me. Place is A bad joke and ran by toddlers.

Last Friday (Jan 5th) I ordered on the app (nothing new), except this time the Door Dasher stole my food. I tried reaching out to the store, but was told by Ava that I needed to reach out to Door Dash myself. When I asked if there's a specific number to call for this issue, she said "just google it and you'll figure it out". I went ahead and got a hold of a rep, but was told because of the way that Tropical Smoothie operates their app, Door Dash has no say in what occurs, and any refunds must be made store side. So I called the store again and was told by a manager that they'd have to get their general manager to call me back to issue a refund, assuring me they'd call. This was 7 days ago. I haven't heard anything. This location doesn't seem to answer my calls. I do not have a way to contact said general manager. So now I'm just out money with no explanation or refund.

Ordered a lean machine smoothie and three cheese chicken quesadilla both were pretty good! However the place is so dirty!! Tables are all stained with what looks like glue an paper 🤷🏻‍♀️ an half of them had crumbs on the tables an seats I took some napkins and wiped a few of them off I hate dirty tables at restaurants plus there was 2 people there at 11:00 on Easter morning (Not Busy).Then I go to the bathroom to wash my hands before I leave and the woman’s bathroom was gross the sink was black! Looks like it’s never been cleaned! I didn’t even attempt to use to restroom for anything else oh a the water was drips of water when turned on full blast! I had a bad experience here in the past but only went to this location cause the Viera one was closed for Easter. Oh yeah the floors were sticky also lol maybe a deep clean would be a good start.. or just clean. Employees didn’t look happy but can’t blame them working on a holiday the girl that took my order was fine I guess wasn’t rude but again I wouldn’t want to work on a holiday like Easter soo that’s all. Don’t think I’ll go back unless my Viera store is closed for a holiday or some other reason. Happy Easter 🙃🙄

Love to say that this place has very few good crew members. This one girl if I remember her name is Ariana I think I'm spelling it right well she has a stitch tattoo. She was so sweet and loved how she did her job. She was just perfect!

Stood in lobby for ten minutes, calling phone and saying ‘Hello’. Could hear employees talking in back the whole time. Ended up giving up and leaving.

When I looked closely at my sandwich (that I had eaten most of) I noticed there’s what looks to be mold all over the bread. Normally I like this place and the employees are friendly, but moldy bread is unacceptable.

Ordered 2 wraps with sweet potatoes via door dash, and it just wasn't good. Both wraps barely had a few pieces of chicken in them, and the sweet potatoes had no flavor. Way overpriced for a tortilla with lettuce and bland potatoes.

Sean made my experience wonderful! He was polite, attentive and ensured accuracy in my order. Customer service was on point and my order was correct. Thank you!
