Avoid
this
location!!
The
last
haircut
my
son
got
here
left
him
near
tears,
the
stylist
did
everything
he
asked
her
not
to.
Our
experience
today
crushed
that
though.
Today,
we
made
an
appointment
online
two
hours
prior
to
showing
up.
When
we
arrived,
we
were
told
they
double
booked
our
time
and
we
had
to
wait.
Then
they
waited
for
the
double
booking
to
show
up
and
took
him
back
(he
was
a
call
in,
booked
15
min
before
his
arrival).
When
the
second
stylist
became
free,
she
told
us
we'd
have
to
wait
again
while
she
honored
another
client's
"correct"
appointment
time.
(They
arrived
25
min
after
us).
When
I
complained,
I
was
told
that
an
online
appointment
wasn't
an
"appointment,"
it
was
a
"reservation,"
and
we'd
have
to
wait.
I
argued
that
the
website
does
in
fact
say
"book
appointment,"
and
was
told
that's
just
how
they
do
things.
Rudest
customer
service
I've
possibly
ever
had.
Horrible
experience!!
Avoid
this
location!!
