Walked in, lady over 6ft bigboned approached "like to get ur hair cut. Walked off, no introduction, asked trim, shortened bit.She was so Rough, left hair soaked running down my back, had to ask plz blow dry it up since to wet, had blowdrier so close, it burned. Had to tell her its buring. Hair was all over my shoulders, neck, ears, face when i came home. Ive never had my hair shaved so far up past hair line, boxed cut. Like a bowl was used for trimming. I voiced increasingly how upsetting this wad. She showed no emotion. My 1st review ever left after a haircut. I was forced to leave atleadt 1 star. My rating is none!

So I usually go here just for trims, nothing crazy. But I went a couple days ago and DO NOT ever get your hair cut from Rick or Ricky whatever his name was. He had no idea what he was doing, my hair is uneven.. some spots not even cut.. he was so overwhelmed with my hair and made it very obvious he had no idea what he was doing. I’ve never had an experience like that in my life. I’ll never go back after that.

Avoid this location!! The last haircut my son got here left him near tears, the stylist did everything he asked her not to. Our experience today crushed that though. Today, we made an appointment online two hours prior to showing up. When we arrived, we were told they double booked our time and we had to wait. Then they waited for the double booking to show up and took him back (he was a call in, booked 15 min before his arrival). When the second stylist became free, she told us we'd have to wait again while she honored another client's "correct" appointment time. (They arrived 25 min after us). When I complained, I was told that an online appointment wasn't an "appointment," it was a "reservation," and we'd have to wait. I argued that the website does in fact say "book appointment," and was told that's just how they do things. Rudest customer service I've possibly ever had. Horrible experience!! Avoid this location!!

I went in today to do back to school cuts for my two daughters. Dee did both of their hair cuts and she is wonderful. She was very kind& great with my kids. Their hair came out super cute! Thank you, Dee!

Made my 1st appointment on line. Arrived about 10 mins early. I was welcomed by both stylest and checked in by Dee. I had requested 1st available stylest. Dee was the first one and she cut my hair. I was very impressed with the her professionalism and knowledge and very pleased with my hair cut. This was my first time at Super Cuts and will definitely get my hair cut there again. Very pleasant atmosphere and a clean shop.

Absolutely love love love my hair! I have a lot of hair as it is. Kathy and Dara teamed up to color it which was done so time efficiently. I usually don’t let people cut my hair I am very picky. But Dara cut it the perfect length exactly how I wanted. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a new haircut with Dara and loved the results!!! She spent time with me with questions and did a fabulous job!!! I would highly recommend her !!!!
