Sofia is an exceptional nail artist. Pretty much the best I have encountered the Roseville and Rocklin area. She is great at replicating Instagram art and adjusting it to fit the shape/length of the nails you wish to have. The new location is clean, welcoming, and I am genuinely grateful for the staff there.

First time going, Hannah was very amazing took her time on my nails and they were the best set I’ve gotten anywhere I’m very happy, very good communication. Great place definitely my new go to nail salon!!

Had a 10am appointment for two pedicures for my friends birthday, walked in at 9:55 and didn’t leave till 11:50 …almost TWO hours for pedicures (deluxe with gel). It took so long because there was only 1 person working so she went back and forth between us, definitely killed the relaxation vibe and felt very short of a message. I get pedicures monthly at my nail salon in Lincoln, but we went here to try it out since my friend lives in Rocklin. Before it ended we were so baffled at how terrible it was that we couldn’t help but laugh while we waited for it to be over. What a waste of $60… one of the worst pedicures I have ever had in my 10+ years of getting nails and toes done. Only positive was the lady was nice, it was clean, she did a good job on the paint/toes… but overall experience I will never go back here. WAY too many better options and when you pay for a deluxe pedicure you should feel relaxed and get a decent foot massage AND it shouldn’t take 2 hours! It took so long that my butt started to hurt sitting in a chair for about 2 hours, just waiting for the next part of the pedicure every 15 minutes from me to my friend… overall pretty bad. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere next time!

Hannah was so very kind and patient with me. She asked me exactly what I wanted and delivered. I will definitely come back. Hannah and Sophia are the only 2 I trust doing my nails. Thanks again ladies!!

Worst service, I came here to get Acrylic nails done. The lady who did my nails made few of my nails look crooked. I asked her if she could fix that and she said she will. I thought she was only taking crooked looking nail off but she started taking everything off and she started putting colors and thing away, I asked her what she was doing and she said she won’t be doing my nails as I have crooked nails and she can’t fix it. I told her my nails are fine and if she could just so them probably. She said she won’t and put everything away. I walked away with worst nails.

For years I have been looking for a good nail salon that can do nail art. Special nail salon is my new place!!! They were super attentive, kind and respectful. They all went beyond my expectations. Thank you so much! I love my nails.

Leanne did an incredible job on my nails and she was VERY patient and accommodating when I had requests or suggestions. She just wants you to be happy with your nails at the end and will take the extra time and effort to do that for you! Thank you Leanne for letting me know that it's ok to request a change or update!

Called ahead, made three appointments (2 pedicures and 1 gel fill), and was told no problem. Arrived and only two people were working and couldn’t not understand English. Demanded on removing gel and doing new nails instead of a fill, so refused the service. My sister had an allergic reaction to the product used during the pedicure and they didn’t have any soap to wash it off. Then they called the owner to interpret who proceeded to get loud and say it wasn’t his tech’s fault. The other tech proceeded to stab my daughter and make her bleed during her pedicure and didn’t give her a massage. Will NOT be back!
