This place has been a pleasant surprise. After selling our 4200 sq ft home in Granite Bay,, we needed somewhere to stay for several months before our new home was completed. Garnet Creek turned out to be well beyond our expectations. The unit is great, the pool and gym are clean and easy to access, and the staff is outstanding. The next several months will be a joy.

We really appreciate how quickly and thoroughly we have our maintenance requests solved. When the battery started getting low to our electronic lock on the front door they came and replaced it on a Sunday within a few minutes of our request. When we woke up one Monday morning to a warm refrigerator we let them know, and by the time we got home from work they'd replaced the evaporator fan and everything worked again. It saved us so much time, effort, and money since we'd just gone grocery shopping. The staff is always very kind to us and our dog when they come by or we're out walking. It's a great place to live.

We have lived here for a couple of months now and absolutely love it ! Our apartment is perfect for what we needed. New appliances and beautiful lay out. Most of the flooring is wood except for the bedroom which is great. Everyone in the office is friendly and we have had no issues at all. We have assigned covered parking, salt water pool and we were lucky enough to snag an apartment with cathedral ceilings! You can’t beat it. We are very happy with our new home at garnet creek !

I lived at these apartments for 4 1/2 years and let me tell you... I did not want to leave. I moved because I bought a house but if I didnt, I would have stayed here forever. Apartments were clean, quiet staff is super nice. Andrew in the front office is amazing, he's super nice! My fav thing about the apartment was you could not hear your neighbor. I generally can't sleep with any noise and I could never hear any of my neighbors. I loved it! Must of been built with great insulation because I couldn't even hear anyones TVs or music. 10/10 AMAZING apartments.

I have lived here since August of 2018. Garnet Creek is a superior apartment complex. The floorplans are spacious, the amenities are awesome, and the Staff are the best!!! As a widow alone I feel safe here. It is very quiet and although the neighbors have changed several times over the years they have all been great and there is a real sense of community here. We toured Garnet and Janice could not have been nicer and it was really fun! Of course the units are beautiful, so that is a plus. Check this property out-I think you'll love it.

The community offers incredible amenities and close proximity to I-80, Target, Wal-Mart, and now Costco opening close by. it is very well lit and very peaceful. Very well managed Executive apartments with a great pool, SPA, and weight room.

Management at this property does not take issues with safety, security, and excessive noise seriously after several repeated issues involving loud music, extremely loud exhausts, and verbal disputes along with drinking alcohol in the parking lot and speeding off at night. Moreover the security service doesn't respond in a timely manner to deal with these issues. Also I had a recent maintenance issue that took nearly 30 days to repair (which took about 10 mins) after sending several emails and then calls to the office to obtain a status.
