Emerald Pointe is a WONDERFUL Home! Our apartment needs are responded to quickly and fixed as soon as possible. (Thank you so much, Antonio!) The Grounds are ALWAYS immaculate; upkeep is ongoing with improvements constantly being made. Our Office Staff is cheerful, personable and helpful but also firm and decisive, not afraid to make sure that rules and guidelines are followed. Christy is the best manager we have ever had the PLEASURE of working with. We have lived in many apartment complexes, here and down in Southern California. Emerald Pointe is, by far, the best place we have ever lived.

Made the appointment online for a tour and called the next day to confirm. Toured a 2bd/2ba with Tia, who is very pleasant to work with! The unit we toured was extremely clean and the grounds are very well kept. Tia was very knowledgeable about the rental process and unit amenities. The finishes inside the unit we toured aren’t cookie-cutter modern. This is fine for me, as I was only concerned with cleanliness and functionality. Walking around the complex in itself is relaxing. Tons of greenery and the community feels tucked away right outside of a plethora of things to do. Currently in the application process and I look forward to the future here! 🏠

Been here just about 2 weeks and just love it here so far! We’re in a 3bd 2bath and me and my family love the space. So much more space then what we had at our old apartment complex.

I have lived in a lot of apartments and these were by far my absolute favorite. From the front office to my neighbors. The ladies in the front office were absolutely AMAZING! Tia and Kristie were so awesome and friendly and always helpful. The maintenance crew were great and friendly. We honestly did not have many issues while living here but when we did they were so quick to get to us and get it resolved. Our AC went out and they went through all the things to make sure we were able to stay cool until it was fixed. Even though we’re moving in to bigger and better things if we ever need to go back to an apartment we would definitely go back here!

Tia is absolutely wonderful. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She shared with me details about the property and surrounding area that I have not considered. I left with a great impression of Emerald Pointe, and because of this I will be applying today! 10/10

Wow, I was very much interested, but have never met someone more disrespectful than the leasing consultant here (Tia Connors). A simple tour seemed like a heavy lift. I’d stay away from her at all costs. Thank you for the time anyway.
