I'd give zero stars if I could. Poor customer service at the fitting room department. Staff assigned will give you the look and nasty attitude if you have more than 4 items to try on.

Cashiers are great except the rude, unprofessional associate (brown hair with pony tail) stationed by the dressing room. Does *not* seem to be happy with her job and shows in her attitude towards customers. Her attitude was unnecessary. This associate needs serious customer service training.

Items on sale from Xmas inventory and also clothing mark downs. Go now when inventory is at its max!

Lisa (Manager) and Brad (cashier) were both amazing. I took in a shirt that shrunk horribly in the wash and Lisa provided assistance with the return and approved due to quality defect. She couldve refused but made it right for me. Thank you for the great customer service!!

A great place for good prices AND after shopping at tjmaxx in Rocklin i always run over to the thrift shop type business right there, which is also amazing. I will find them here and Rate as well

Does TJ Maxx is conveniently located near interstate 80 and Sierra College Boulevard. The store has it all clothing home goods etc. This is a great place to find a last-minute Christmas or birthday gift. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife loves to shop at the store.
