Love this practice! I am impressed with the providers and all the staff. They use the most current equipment and techniques. Explain as they are working on me exactly what they are doing and why. I have a high level of comfort knowing I am in their care.

From the receptionist to the dentist, they all deserved 10’s. Let me tell you, I’m almost 70 and growing up in the 60’s and 70’s and having a dentist was a luxury. I didn’t get that luxury. Growing into adulthood when I could afford a dentist they were rude and I wouldn’t go back. I was nervous and very anxious, hardly slept the night before my first visit. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and started to feel at ease. Oh my gosh my hygienist Brittany was amazing. She explained everything she was going to do. My teeth needed a lot of work and on a scale of 1 to 10 for pain maybe a 1 but I don’t even feel it was a one. The dentist, Dr. Sarah Bouchard was so kind and so informative and when I left I knew I would have no nervousness when I go back. I would highly recommend everyone of these people and PenBay Dental in Rockport, ME.

They were very patient in answering all my questions. They even showed me the process of how they were planning to complete my treatment. I felt like they didn’t just talk over me like you often see at the dentist, but included me in the treatment. Highly recommend.

This was my first time back at the dentist after my previous dentist retired years ago. A fun and relaxed atmosphere but also very professional. Lauren, who was great, made me feel comfortable for both the X-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend and deserve the 5 stars!
