I never write negative reviews but I’m honestly so disappointed with the Gem shop. My grandma, mom and I have been their customers for YEARS and I have never been so sad over a material item... I had my grandmothers ring that was purchased in Greece melted down to make an exact replica (but smaller) to fit my finger. While the ring is beautiful and I’m happy with it, lack of communication made my ring $400 more than my estimate range and no before picture as promised. Without that before picture, there was honestly no reason to melt down a ring that was worn for years by my grandma. Wish I could have her original ring back and forget about this whole situation.

My husband replaced a diamond earring I had lost years ago, for my birthday. Shelly took the original diamond earring and found a perfect match to replace the missing one. You would never know it wasn't the original! Also she noticed my original post (screw backed) was totally worn down from 15 years of taking them on & off and was probably the culprit for the missing one. She found the perfect new posts for the set, they actually have hearts on them!!! Definitely recommend the gem shop to anyone looking for one on one service whether it is for a repair or a special gift.

I just recently had my favorite necklace fixed at The Gem Shop and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They were very clear when explaing the repairs they were going to be doing, the price was great (way less than I expected) and they triple checked with me before shortening the chain on my necklace to make sure it was OK since they had to remove the entire damaged section. They also reassured me that if it ended up being too short for my liking, that they could replace the chain altogether for me. On top of all that, the employees there were fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. I hardly ever write reviews but these guys definitely deserve it. I will never buy or have jewelry repaired anywhere else!!!

I have always been totally pleased with the customer service and professionalism at The Gem Shop. I have had numberous rings designed and have been happy with every signal item. I have had jewelry designed, repaired, and cleaned and have never had an issue. The people who run The Gem Shop are kind and educated about their profession. I would never take or buy my jewelry anywhere else.

The Gem Shop is hands down the best place to go for your jewelry! My fiancé has gotten be so many beautiful pieces & I am in love with each and every piece but of course my absolute favorite is my engagement ring! My engagement ring is a one of a kind and there's no way he could've have found a more perfect ring without the help of Paige! He showed her pictures of what I had in mind but the end result completely blew me away! Every time I have been in the store all the employees and owner are so friendly! I refuse to buy any of my jewelry anywhere else!

I love visiting this store... I don't make purchases often, but every time I go in the staff is happy to answer my questions, and show me the things they remember that I am interested in! I have taken in several items to be repaired, even the cheap costume jewelry was fixed with great caution, and in 1 case of extra beads being left over they took time to explain how they fixed the necklace and why the beads we're left. In reality they did more work than I asked for and fixed it so it shouldn't break again!! AWESOME SERVICE!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. Repairs are exceptional. Excellant selections, and they also have pre-owned jewelry. They also offer custom designing. I haven't used the custom service yet, but I have a loose diamond I will eventually take to them.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have an array of new and quality pre-owned jewelry in addition to custom designs. I like that it’s a much more personal experience than what you get in a big-chain jewelry store. I’m excited to see they also carry Pandora!
