My sister called ahead for her sandwich because we needed it to be a grab and go because we were trying to make the LIRR train. However when we arrived 30 mins after we placed the order the sandwich wasn’t ready. The young girl who took the order said she didn’t think we were still coming. Then later in the convo she claims they were so “busy” which one is it sweetie… did you not think we were coming or were y’all “busy”? She also states “your food is made now what’s the big deal”. Simply rude and no acknowledgment of her wrongdoing. She literally takes people’s orders then goes and sits at a table colors in her book or sits and hangs out with her friends. When we sat inside last time I literally had to tell her to clean our table cus she was just doing her own stuff instead of working. Whoever the owner/manager is they need to do better because she should not be representing this company. The cook as well is very slow with making the food. We also called to speak to manager and the cook answered the phone and gave us an attitude when we asked to speak to manager. He was very rude. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Great food horrible customer service the young lady taking orders is lazy and rude. I called ahead for an order and she was too incompetent to let the person making the sandwich know. Instead mad excuses and rudely told me “what does it matter I have my food now.” If they fire her the business would run better.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the vibe was very chilling. Definitely recommend this place.

Great service and delicious food. My daughter and I had the blueberry muffin and chocolate chocolate chip muffin. Omgggg so yummy. Freshly baked with love. This Cafe is low key yet under-rated. Looking forward to visiting again soon!!

Outstanding cafe, absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an above-expectation place for breakfast foods and beverages! Fantastic service, they’re very kind and extremely welcoming and the entire place has a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Food was amazing, perfectly cooked, seasoned, and prepared. Coffee was also great, and I enjoyed the flexibility that the customers are given to customize their drinks with the many options that were offered. We had the server named Brian, and had a pleasant experience. He’s very sociable and nice, and is genuinely interested in each of his customers. (Also, free wifi and unlimited stay time!) Overall, very satisfied and would recommend for everyone!

Closed today or at least when I got there at 7:20. I stopped by again today. It was open. Guy said he was running late that day. I had cappuccino today. I’ll stop back again soon

The RVC café is one of the best places to go for a coffee in Rockville Centre. It replaced an old Italian place that was great but the vibe here is even better. Brian is so attentive to his customers and there’s a lot of options to eat and the coffee‘s really good. plac and I’m gonna return as soon as I’m back in RVC. Place is a gem.

Went here this afternoon to study for all my finals. Great study spot, close to some local schools as well. I loved the vibe and had a FANTASTIC oat milk latte! Staff was friendly and funny, took the time to get to know you. If you have a chance definitely stop by it’s a great spot!

Sandwich was so tiny!! This place is way too overpriced and for what?? Nun special bout the sandwiches or the drinks tbh. Barely good service and I feel like it was cause I was black. SMH never again but that’s what I get for trying to support a small business

Got the tiramisu latte this morning and I love it! The oat milk was steamed and frothed perfectly. I was hesitant at first because I’m not a fan of overly sweet drinks but this was just the right amount. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

I was driving by the area and noticed this spot in the corner. I drove around trying to find something that caught my eyes and then this spot kept coming back to me to check it out! First time and definitely won’t be the last time; I loved the space and design for it. Customer service was okay, could be better. The food was fresh and service was quick. The coffee and bagels were so fresh and we loved that a-lot . I recommend for you to check it out.

Continuing our Saturday morning coffee shop routine leads us to Rockville center. Right on sunrise highway, Mad Cafe awaits inviting casual walkers to come in, take a lode off and enjoy a tasty beverage. The environment is clean and homey…the ambiance is soothing with calming music playing in the background and the service is friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious just as I ordered and the cappuccino was perfect! All around this is the perfect coffee spot to sit and have a great cup of coffee with friends and family. A nice little get together spot perhaps before hitting a movie right across the street.

New owner here who is really passionate and energetic. He really goes the extra mile here to make it feel nice. The environment, food, and coffee is great. It's a little pricey, but a nice treat and good spot to relax a bit.

Great spot for teleworking! Everything here is so delicious. Chris and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Great small town/ friendly vibes and they always make sure their customers are completely satisfied with their products. I had the pleasure of seeing these folks in action for an entire day and I was extremely impressed. Any time a regular customer came in, Chris was already typing in their order. The staff always followed up with customers to see that the food and coffee was to their satisfaction. All of the rolls and pastries were freshly made and tasted amazing. 5 out of 5 stars; I will definitely be going back!

Only one worker was told a breakfast sandwich would take a long wait time. I was then charged 4.50 for a small little chocolate croissant that was stale. Would not recommend.

The owner and staff are incredibly nice. Every time I’m there I always order their kougin amons and they’re amazing, crispy and delicious at the same time!! Love the vibes too. 10/10 recommend, a new local favorite. Can’t wait for the ice cream to come

Just sampled an avocado/bacon/egg/cheese sandwich, pastry, and their honey latte w/oat milk; all absolutely phenomenal! Really comfortable and cute atmosphere with fantastic service! So excited to see how this spot develops, such a great find 🤗

This place is great environment and calm spot. The foods and coffee are great and delicious taste!! Ramon, who is great service, passionate, and positive vibes. Also, my friend M and I surprised how good he learns little bit how to fingerspelling his first name and signer "nice meeting you" since we are deaf and gesture with him. We really appreciate it. My friend M and I I definitely will come stop by to order these delicious foods and coffee when we have a time.

Store is clean and well maintained and the owner, Brian, is very friendly and welcoming. Coffee and pastries are delicious. Much more of a personal experience than going to a big box coffee chain.
