Called in to make an appointment yesterday, was told it was $60 on the phone. Massage was actually decent I will say. And then at the counter was told it was $70. Disregarding this, I was still kind and said I’ll tip an extra $20 (well over 20%). After I said that they almost looked offended and said “no more?”. Review is 1 star out of the sheer greed of the employee alone. (This is for the owner) I got my massage on 9/25/2023 and the masseuse was also the cashier. I highly doubt you'll do anything but you should compensate the people your staff are essentially extorting for more money, I'd give this place another try if the professionalism was better.

I got a couple massage for my wife and I for the first time. The service was awesome. The rooms were not sound proof so you could here a little bit of the conversations in the other rooms, no biggie to us but besides that we loved the massages and we will be coming back.

Highly recommend this place. I was a client of Lily before I moved to California. Really missed her wonderful Swedish massage combined with Chinese acupressure. Her massage was so helpful to my sore neck and lower back problems. Weekly visits to her spa was life-saving during busy days. So when I came back to the area to visit I contacted her and found her recently moved to Ageless Health Spa. I came to the quiet and clean place and had a great hour of massage with Lily. So relaxing!

I would highly recommend this spa. Such a relaxing space. I believe they recently switched management, and this comes with a slew of upgrades to the space. Everything looked very clean and safe, which I greatly appreciate when trying to go somewhere to relax (especially the bathrooms! I think I put more emphasis on cleanliness of bathrooms for some reason and this massage parlor did not disappoint in that category). My partner and I got a couple's massage and they accommodated us in their couple's room. Everything from getting ready for the massage to being massaged to time afterwards to relax in the room was perfect. They did not rush us and gave us the privacy we needed. The masseuse I had was also very attentive to my needs. I do not like super strong massages and her pressure was perfect! My partner, on the other hand, does like a heavy pressure and he said that he got that from his masseuse as well, so you can definitely find both end of the spectrum at this spa. The staff there are sooo nice and really listen to you! All in all, it was a great way to spend a night of the holiday season! Especially when it's all nice and cozy inside from the harsh winter outside. I would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing time and wonderful massage to come check it out.

Just ok bought Groupon but not too welcoming for Groupon customers. Had to pay $25 extra to get regular massage on top of the $75 I already paid. Not worth it at all

I had a ninety minutes massage here. I felt so stressed before walking in and felt so so so much better after I left. All my back and neck muscles felt so relaxed. The masseuse did not ask me if I wanted her to focus in an specific part of my body - which some places do, but I did not mind as I felt I needed a massage throughout my body. The spa is clean, pricing is fair, staff is nice, and they were understanding when I called ahead of time to inform them that I was running about 15 minutes late. The only complaint I have is that they put me in the FIRST room as soon as you enter the spa, I wish they had me further back because there people were coming in or calling and I could hear the person in the front desk really well. There was soothing music playing in my room but the walls must not be soundproof at all. I will definitely come back, but kindly request to be further back.

I have been going to this place for several years now. This is such a clean and professional looking place. All the masseuse are wonderful, because they know their craft. My favorite is Lan. Abby is also good. It does not matter who is your masseuse when you come in -- everyone in this place is good because I have tried a many of them. Lily the owner is amazing because she ensures that everyone practices excellent customer service and do their best and thorough job. This is a well managed SPA. I recommend this SPA highly! makes certain that the customer service is up to par.

I went to this spa for the first time today for a one hour massage. The environment was very welcoming and peaceful. It was also very clean and the staff was very professional. Lily, the owner, was my practitioner and her gentle manner put me at ease right away. She did a combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage and I could not have been more pleased. She knew how to apply just the right amount of pressure where it was needed. I left the appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed and decided to make an investment in myself by coming for massages more often, not just for an occasional treat, but because I know they are an investment in my health. The prices are also very good and they have gift cards available for purchase. I will definitely return.

First time been to this spa. There are about six or seven private rooms, very clean and comfortable. The lady who gave me massage was Lan, who has very good skills. This is my first time here. She gave me both body massage and foot massage within the one hour. I liked both. She could identify the pain point and work on releasing the pressure. Will definitely go back again.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The ambiance is nice. You're clothed when you get your massage which is very comforting. It also helps if you're ticklish like me. Lily was very adaptable to my pressure limits and was very nice. I'm definitely returning and telling everyone I know
