First time visit based on a friend's recommendation and will definitely be going back with my son in tow. Not the cold you expect but very refreshing. My staff member was excellent..she explained everything in detail and was open for any questions or concerns. I was surprised by the list of health benefits from muscle soreness to mental clearness. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Love the way I feel after every session. Staff is friendly and helpful too. I recommend to everyone and anyone. It is like a natural high feeling in your mind and body. Flexible w my schedule to book my appointments. My sleep is better. Helps me during my monthly periods w my cramps and bloating.

While I am an ultra runner, I am not very fast or super fit so I get sore a lot. Many times, I have walked in gingerly and walked out with a spring in my step. I try to go twice a day before a goal race and when I feel a need for frequent recovery. 2022 Update: they no longer offer whole body Cryotherapy.

It was nice and informative. I arrived late because of traffic but the person helping me (I forgot her name) was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I will be returning once you get the equipment needed for my treatment. Buy I would like to know more about the process. She said she would talk to her boss? about contacting me with more info. But so far I am very excited to begin.

Love it! The staff member was super helpful—she made sure I was at ease and comfortable, especially since it was my first time. She answered all my questions and give me the info needed to make sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. I suffer from a herniated disc and though this isn’t a permanent solution, it had immediate results and I felt great all day. I’ll definitely be back!

Since I only went for the first time today, I cannot speak on the benefits that I've experienced yet. However, it was a great experience! Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable! The studio itself was very clean and the treatment was quick (thank goodness because it's cold!). No pain, no gain! It really isn't bad because it's just three minutes. I'm looking forward to my next treatment!

The staff was friendly and service was great. I was very pleased of the outcome of the cryotherapy. It was my first visit and I could feel the difference shortly after my visit. My knee and leg pains were lessened and my body felt lighter than usual. I love it!

I don’t have a high tolerance to the cold. So I personally have no desire to do this again but I have to say the service was outstanding ! I went with a group of 9 people today and our guide was such a nice , energetic, super informative women. Just having her in the room guiding me through it was worth the session. The whole place was so comfortable and VERY clean too which I always appreciate.
