Very
disappointed
in
RMFM.
I
left
years
ago
due
to
poor
customer
service
etc.
However,
my
grandparents
both
stayed.
My
grandmother
is
still
a
patient
there
and
has
been
for
almost
30
years.
She
got
sick
and
we
called
the
office
several
times
trying
to
get
her
into
be
seen.
The
response
was
they
were
short
providers
and
had
zero
appts
for
the
entire
week.
We
were
told
to
take
her
to
the
ER.
We
did
and
she
was
sent
back
home,
in
the
following
days
she
quickly
went
down
hill.
Called
the
office
several
times
again
to
get
help
with
an
appt
or
a
referral
to
get
us
some
help
to
care
for
her.
The
office
triage
nurse
was
extremely
uncaring,
not
only
that
they
started
questing
US
and
our
care
for
my
grandmother
who
is
96
and
who
myself
and
my
parents
have
cared
for
all
along.
The
office
manager
even
threatened
to
pull
a
phone
call
I
made
and
insinuated
I
was
lying
about
what
was
said
on
the
call.
I
know
what
was
asked
and
said
(been
a
RN
for
16
years).
I
do
not
recommend
anyone
coming
here.
They
are
struggling
to
care
for
patients
because
of
lack
of
providers
and
many
(not
all)
of
the
other
staff
are
not
kind
or
caring.
Please
find
another
place
to
go
for
yourself
or
your
loved
ones
care.
