This is not what I asked for was very disappointed asked her to fix she told me no took off$5 then added unicorn powder that I didn’t ask for to try and make her work look better then added $15 more to the total. Love this shop but some of the techs don’t listen to customers wants I repeatedly started not to cut my nails they I was growing them out and she cut every last one of them I believe her name was Lei ready to take them off already

My little sister went in to get her acrylics taken off and all they did was file them down and didn’t completely take everything off. The gel was still wet and her finger had polish stains on them everywhere.

PI Nails has REALLY turned it's self around!! Now....it is a phenomenal place to go! The environment is now soothingly beautiful, the prices are fitting for the services rendered, and the staff now is so nice!! Definitely deserves the 5 stars....at least now they do!! PLUS my nails look perfect and my toes too!!

I went in around 6 and the man that serviced me was being rough on my hands and rushing with my set. i asked for medium length black french tips and he gave me that but 3 of my nails were crooked and the polish was rushed. Don't recommend at all.

She does wonder with my nails they last a long time as well

It's not my best nail experience. The guy who did my nails did the best nail shaping job I have ever had, but he also cut my finger twice while trimming around my nails. The shop is very nice but not as cozy as it used to be.

clipped my nail bed in 3 places while doing a full set... each spot bled and became swollen and took 1 week+ to heal.

It had been awhile since I had been there...But my experience was quite nice...I got a fill in, my lashes, and eyebrows done...The atmosphere is beautiful, very clean, and inviting...My nail tech did an amazing job...I love my nails and will be going back again soon...
