Literally how difficult is it to not leave 5 corn dogs out of the bag? ETA: this order was initially door dashed. All corn dogs ordered were left out. I went to the restaurant, let them know what happened, they recooked the food and brought it out to me. It was wrong again even though they took my phone with the order/receipt on it to go by. Finally got it right on the 3rd try.

This was not a good experience. I rarely go to this location since the bad ice cream incident. I pulled in just to get a couple of corn dogs for lunch. As usual I hit the red button to call for an associate to take my order. In their defense it was quite full with barely an open bay to park so I expected a wait. I was on my phone when I noticed that the person next to me was hitting their button several times. Other customers were actually going to the door waiting for something. I noticed associates not doing anything and were involved in a conversation. There was no one delivering any orders or answering any calls for orders. I think it's time to simply forget coming here if you want lunch and hope to get it during your lunch hour. There are entry of choices to spend your money without the hassle.

I'm there often for ice. I love taking advantage of the happy hour for drinks. The service is usually friendly and quite respectful. I'm always looking for their next new thing, the next combination I will drink, overall I feel that they are a good quality fast food location. Love their deals and using the app whenever I can.

I love their ice and soft pretzels. I go there regularly to buy a bag of ice so a lot of the car hops recognize me and see super polite and friendly.

I always like to stop at Sonic for a quick bite to eat, and I love that you can sit in your car and eat. This visit wasn't as good as others, though. I ordered the chicken slider meal with tator tots and a grape slush with Skittles . The tater tots looked good, but the chicken on the sandwich was hard and burnt, and I asked for it to be replaced. I never like to send food back, but I've never had a problem here, so I figured it would be ok. The waitress took the sandwich, and when she bought it back, it looked like the same piece of chicken that I sent back. I told her it looked like the same piece and asked for a refund, which took a long time to receive. I also didn't have Skittles in my drink, This was not a good experience. 😕

My new Sunday ritual. Sonic Hot Fudge Sundae. Mmm. Good service, fast and friendly. Check them out if you haven't lately.

The young lady who took our order, in my opinion, did a great job. Her headset wasn't working properly at the time so she left the ac and came outside to take our order. It's been years since someone at a fast food restaurant has handwritten my order. On top of that she was sweet and engaged in conversation. She seemed unlike. It was as if she was happy to be there.

The prep work for a simple hot dog and not to mention paying attention to what the customer actually asked for...key factors. Order 3 coney cheese dogs what actually was delivered was three foot longs all like the attached picture. Keep in mind I didn't order extra slaw..dont see how they had left any for anyone else

Ordered buffalo chicken bites didn't look like pictures cooked hard dry on inside Onion rings just about burnt dark brown crispy Cinnamon bites two were stuck together raw in middle other one too brown. Must have had oil too high or were not being watched while cooking. Will not be going back.

I love this place. There are only a few things I order but they are the best.

Abel was extremely unprofessional and RUDE to me and my children. He also tried to sell me drugs and when i didn’t want them he started crying and asking for his mother. i will never go back to this sonic location and neither will any of my family members.

Service & all was good but that burger sure wasn't even WARM. It's normally not like that but boy was I disappointed.

Staff is great but repairs are needed. Their ordering system is down often , they have a basketball area that is destroyed. If it was not for friendly staff and playground I would not go here.

Kids love the park. Staff was friendly, we went on a very busy night, and the order machine wasn't connecting. A staff member came out and took our order as soon as we raised the issue.

I had a mistake with one of the items in my order and called them when I get home. Called back up and I only waited about 5 seconds before they picked up the phone! They replaced my whole order for me. The team there is great and customer service driven! Great food always too!

They have the best ice cream. The oreo and the cookie dough kind is awesome 👌 😋

First visit but definitely won't be my last! Good food, great service. And every employee I saw was working hard and very friendly

I love this location . It's always very young people working there BUT they have great work ethic. They really do there jobs and are professional. I appreciate this place . Even used to have a guy who still wore the skates ⛸️ and did tricks for us. Always gave a little extra tip. Food order is always correct too .

I always order the Super Sonic with Bacon. My order was fresh. Tammy had a beautiful smile on her face! I order chili cheese tater tots and it was delicious! Love Sonic!

The prices are to high. I got a hot dog, onion rings and med lemonade for around $8. The toppings on the hot dog was sloppy and slid to one end of the hot dog. Never plan to go there again.

Worst service ever!! 2nd time I placed a mobile order and waited over 15mins! Today the wait time was an hour asked 3 different employees regarding my order and no one seemed to care. Finally got the order and the carhop admitted it was her fault and never apologized. Manager never acknowledged their wrong doings. My mother sugar dropped from waiting so long and only compensation was 1/2 off an ice cream cone that took 15 mins to be made…NEVER AGAIN!!

Food was fine. But we went out of our way to stop here in a road trip to let our kid out of the car to play on the playground. The area was dirty (trash cans overflowing). The outdoor fans weren’t on or weren’t working. The coin operated ride on car and carousel aren’t working (ate my quarters). And the women’s bathroom was disgusting - not clean, toilet seat broken, sink not draining properly. I would not return to this location.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants in NC. They were fast and friendly. The cheeseburger was actually good.

Order taken with perfection, precise and quick. Order dropped off 100% correct the first time, with napkins and condiments. These folks did their job well tonight, very refreshing! The playground is officially back open!
