Their bathrooms are by their eating area but a weird old lady behind the counter said they don’t have public restrooms!? She is definitely a grumpy old lady with a miserable life to get mad at someone for using the restroom. God bless people like her .

There was a problem with my order where they forgot my small shake, and I made it all the way home before I realized that I didn't have my whole order. I went back and not only did Dez replace my shake, she replaced it with a large one, and also gave me a courtesy card that's good for one free meal which includes a fry and a drink.. although the card has an expiration date (because they don't go through them fast enough) she told me that I can still use it..just mention her name! Thanks for going above and beyond.. totally exceeding the standards!!

My kids wanted Arby's however this particular one is one we won't be back to. Some items they discontinued at this restaurant but you can still get at others like chicken tenders they don't carry jalapeño poppers they don't carry and their new chicken fries they could not serve them because they didn't have proper container to serve them in.they also did not have sweet tea either so many we don't have .for some odd reason the roast beef tasted like lunch meat not the usual roast beef flavor we think it was old .small portions on the sandwiches as well we unfortunately won't be back to this arbys the lady running the drive through though was very pleasant which is good

Went to the drive thru and witnessed cashier sneeze into her hands right when I gave the cash. When handed change back i felt wetness on the coins. When handed the paper bag there were wet droplets on it too, right where the cashiers hands were. I then notice her wipe her hands on a napkin…Instantly used a ton of disinfectant spray and only ate the fries from my meal as they were at the bottom. Mozzarella sticks came with no marinara sauce this time and sometimes they do. But when i ask for marinara i am sometimes told the food comes with it already and i don’t need to ask. So i don’t ask and still don’t get it, but if i do ask i get told it comes with it already…

Food was hot. Had about a 6 minute wait after paying but it's all good.

The staff was ok, polite, I'm really upset the got rid of there cod fish combo. And replaced it with the cheese steak. I got it was horable.little pieces of meat chopped off not whole slices and the cheese and peppers it was a hot mess. I definitely will never eat there again. You had a good thing to bad you dropped the ball.

All turkey menu items are gone STILL!! No turkey gyro,all turkey wraps (Maybe but one sandwich? ) turkey sandwiches aren't listed on delivery sites, turkey sliders. Who's dumb corporate idea was that? I've read rumor of shortage, but why does subway, j. Mikes, all other deli loc. Have them. Plus Arby's hasn't explained themselves. They could at least say if it's temporary or not. I don't go for the roast beef I go for turkey but I'd order extra for next day, lunch or what not and try something different like the roast beef, but again the roast beef isn't what brought me in. Just like ordering curly fries or poppers(if they still have? )or other sides, now they get zero from me. Too bad, I really used to give arbys props, now I just don't go.

Kailee S. was working the drive thru on Saturday 10/14 and honestly I've never had a nicer drive thru experience as I had with her. She was pleasant competent and smiled the entire time. She genuinely seemed to enjoy her job which I know is not easy in this industry. She needs to be in a trainer position so that this type of service is the norm at Arby's instead of a fluke! Give her a raise please!

The cheesesteak and curly fries were cold and horrible, the worst I ever had! To be fair, the first time I had the sandwhich it was awesome and left me wanting for more ...had it again it was hot but the bun was very soggy! I didn't leave a review that time gave this location the benifit of the doubt. After the poor quality of my food today, i decided that i won't be coming back a total waste of money!

I went near closing time, and the staff was friendly. They even gave my dog a treat. The food was good also.

Sometimes when you go there, the roast beef is very dried out and sometimes it is moist and fresh and quite good,. There is nothing worse than getting an Arby's roast beef sandwich that is dried up and tasteless.

My food was terrible or maybe it was the smoke brisket sandwich I got fries that were luke warm and the guy taking my order was nice but the girl in the back was using Profanity and he told here twice to stop

They don't have lage soda. That's fine but confusing. Should they not just have small and large? Ordering was painful.

Buffalo chicken sandwich is delightful. Staff was surprisingly attentive to my needs and wait. This is a solid fast food option in Rocky River.

Fast food, kept a good quality while a lot of other places have really crumbled. Love the mozzarella sticks, love the wagyu burger, and i love the service I got the last time I was here. Keep it up and I'll have to try more things on the menu!

Horrible at drive through. First unable to pay through the app Drove to the restaurant to order, got a huh? Repeated the order and nothing, spoke louder to confirm that they heard, response back was you don't have to yell, im taking care of another customer.. maybe try listening if you can't do two things at once, then don't!

Always good food and service bummed about the lack of chicken options

What can I say my kids love happy hour cause they can get more food for less on mommy’s pockets. Just saying …. Lolz. And it helps that the food is great.

Very good. Tried their seasonal chicken pecan salad sandwich. Great sandwich and I had a BOGO coupon to boot.

Pulled in at 9:58pm without knowing they closed at 10pm. And they still got me my order and we’re very professional. Gabe and Autumn are simply the best! Thank you guys!

-----DO NOT EAT HERE----- everytime time my family has come here, something was off, but wasn't too bad. HOWEVER, this last time I went here, there was HUMAN HAIR IN EVERYTHING! Drinks, sandwiches, even my fries. I will never come here again.

they put rootbeer in first then put icecream on top for the rootbeer float. that pretty much sums up what kind of people they hire nowadays for these places and what kind of managers there are supervising these places
