Location is great and rooms are cheap so I certainly wouldn't expect much, however if they could just clean the rooms it would make a difference. Had "nonsmoking" rooms ...with an old cigarette butt between the bed and nightstand and when I addressed it with management I was told "don't worry we know it's not from you" Most disappointing thing is we've used this hotel for the last 7 years when we have our family summer party and by the end of the weekend we all decided that next year we will all have to stay elsewhere. They just don't want to take care of this place anymore😔

Made a reservation to stay for 1 night, on our way to a family vacation at the lake. Called the hotel to see if the parking lot would accommodate our boat. In the course of the conversation, the person on the phone asked if it would only be my husband and me staying. I told her it would be my husband, I, and our dog. She then asked me how much my dog weighed. I told her 60 lbs, and she informed me that they only allow pets up to 20 lbs. The website only says that there is a $15 dollar pet fee, but says nothing about weight. I told her that I would send the dog with my daughter the next day, so it wouldn't be a problem, although I was not happy with this. She informed me that I had better not try to sneak the dog in, because she would be watching us on the hotel's security cameras. The accusatory nature of her tone left me highly insulted. If they are going to have a 20lb limit, it is their right, but clearly say so on the website!

The location of the picture is correct, but the other pictures look nothing like the hotel and they have no breakfast no conditioner in the rooms you can tell not everything is clean. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was super helpful and gave me Some conditioner we had spent all day on the boat so My daughter's hair was completely knotted. The lady of the front desk save me so much time. By having conditioner, I would say again. I will say the reviews had me a little scary Overall I would stay again.

Beware of false advertising. I have reported them to the ftc for scaming me. I tried to talk to the employees and let them know that their site advertises free breakfast. They know and Worker Martha screamed “I don’t care” as she walked into the back room so she didn’t have to talk to me. Rooms stink, keys don’t work. Only good thing about the place was the lady that works nights. Martha needs to be fired for her complete disregard of everything. She is extremely rude, and does not care about her job screams at customers when they find out about the bad business this place practices.

The room stunk. The sheets had original never washed spots on the sheets. I was assaulted by another guest who had been waiting too long for service. His truck was blocking traffic and when I ask him to move he threatened me ask what I was going to do about it. I was petrified because my room was right by the office so he new where I was. I slept with NO BLANKETS, NO TV because I was afraid he was going to come back. The smell was disgusting. I say never ever again to this location and any other.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel has all ground floor rooms! The hotel is a little dated but very clean. Air conditioning worked great and it was very hot and humid outside so the nice cool room was perfect to come back to! Great water pressure in the shower

I’m currently staying here for a week due to waiting on my place to live. Price was reasonable, but the service from the manager is absolutely unnacceptable. He’s beyond rude. I have family visiting from out of state they came by to visit for the day with my niece & nephew and we got in the outdoor pool & were swimming for almost an hour while he watched and waited until the kids were having fun to come out and say if they didn’t have a room they weren’t aloud with me in the pool I apologized and said noone ever told me that & he just gave me a dirty look & walked away making us pack up the babies and get out of the unused pool. Mind you they came by here yesterday & the other lady working let them swim for half of the day with me. There was also barely anyone staying here & noone in the pool they weren’t hurting anything or anyone he just wanted to be rude 0/10 would recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere with good customer service & hospitality.

Our room was perfect. If we had more time we would have used the pool was so inviting. No breakfast they quit it around covid so understand. Room was very reasonable. And is pet friendly also a plus. Thank you very much.

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE!! I made one a week in advance, and they gave mine away, told me they didn't have me in the system which is a lie! There was a guy behind me who said they'd done it to him too and he had made a reservation. We ended up having to go to super 8 in Caryville and the front desk told us a lot of people have come to them after getting their reservation turned down by this place! Save your time and ditch this place! Very sketchy behavior from the men that run this place, they're scams if you try to book online.

Stayed October 28th / 29th. Pros 2 minute walk to cracker barrel Cons What's charged more than the online reservation from their own website. AC in the room took 2 hours before the room was cooled down Hot water for the shower was lukewarm and only lasted 5 minutes The reason for me to leave a review is what happened after I checked out Even though the room was paid for through my bank card, after I left an additional $190 was charged. When I called to ask I was told that was my bank doing a hold. I called my bank and they advised me that it was an actual charge from the motel I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was rudely told to call back tomorrow.

Their site says $51 a nite but I was charged $80 + pet charge of $17 so almost $100 with not even a Continental breakfast or hot coffee I've never seen a hotel not offer at least those things. For another $20 stay at Laquinta they don't charge for pets and have a nice breakfast and coffee. Also very noisy, I think there's train tracks next to hotel.
