A natural stop to grab a quick bite while blasting down the autobahn from Hanover to Bielefeld, I couldn't enter the facilities however as I didn't use a FFP2 mask, but this comes down to the German policies and not necessarily KFC themselves, it wouldn't be right to give less stars in the review based on that. Anyways, I couldn't use the self order screen inside the store so I had to go to the drive through and do what us Norwegians hate the most..... interact with other human beings. As I slowly drove up to the speaker to order my first ever KFC meal I didn't know what to order! I had never done it before, the lady at the microphone asked me what I would like, in german.. oh no I thought to myself, I don't speak German.. "English please 🙏 😢?" I said with a worried look, "1 minute" was the last thing I heard for what felt like hours. What was going to happen, were they going to speak german to me or English, I was so nervous, the same lady came back and we somehow managed to communicate what I wanted. I drove up to pay and there it was, my first KFC burger! With Pepsi! I couldn't believe it, I had done it! Burger was good :)

One of the worse places to eat. 30 minutes waiting time for the food. All order mixed-up. Staff not trained or prepared for the job. Straws, tissues, everything unavailable. Dirty tables. No one wipes or cleans them. Toilets disaster. Hand tissues all over the floor, no paper available, no one cleans this at all. Simply disgusting.

Some of the ordering screens were not working. Order took longer to prepare than usual.

I usually stop here on my way north and the personnel is always friendly, the chicken is crispy, what more can you ask for? Sure, the burgers could be spicier (or anything could be spicier in general), but it’s a KFC chain, you know what you’ll get.

Seemed understaffed. Chicken did not taste as it does in the usa. Frying oil maybe old. Zinger burger was ok.

Sorry to say, the guy that took our order was very rude and completely stressed out over a very small amount of orders. Sir, from one KFC employee to another, you gotta stay calm, stressing only makes things worse. Forgot the straws en switched up the burgers for our order. You were very defensive about this, but if you don't label your burgers you're gonna run into this problem another 100 times.

A Hotspot for Trucks Stopp and Highway Stopps. Ugly, dirty not very nice. Rush in and out, nothing to stay longer than needed.

The food was Leng and tasted great, the staff at the register were chill and nice to everyone, this place is amazing compared to UK KFC places
