Hiesfelder Wald

National forest

👍👍 Very nice forest area with a stream. Ideal for dog walks, but should be avoided on Sunday afternoons when the weather is nice. Then, like almost everywhere else, the pot is a bit full. The paths are well developed and are also suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. People often mention nice, forest,

Beautiful forest for walks, even for dogs. Good ways. However, on some days there are a lot of cyclists on the road. Designated bridle paths also sometimes cross the walking paths. Otherwise it's wonderful to run. The Rotbach nearby.

A very nice place to switch off, unwind and enjoy nature. The paths are very beautiful and in most cases - of course depending on the day, weather and route - not too crowded. The forest is also perfect for mountain biking/bicycles. (There are no special MTB routes/paths)

Very nice, quiet, clean, you can really switch off here. You can park at the entrance and then start your walk. I definitely liked it.

A somewhat busy but still quiet forest with well-designed and signposted hiking trails. The Rotbach flows idyllically through the area.
