I
have
been
playing
badminton
in
various
groups
here
for
over
6
years.
Over
the
years,
the
operator
of
the
hall
has
changed
several
times
up
to
the
present
day.
The
service
continued
to
decline.
When
the
hall
was
operated
externally,
they
wanted
nothing
to
do
with
the
hall
internally.
Cumbersome
online
booking
direct
debit
procedures,
as
they
have
been
since
May,
since
Spotivo
has
been
running
the
hall
itself
again.
Criticism
was
not
welcome.
Neither
when
the
hall
is
cold
in
winter
nor
when
the
floor
is
dirty.
Whether
leaves
or
a
lot
of
bird
shit.
And
we're
really
relaxed
guys
who
just
want
to
leave
this
as
a
quick
comment
for
subsequent
players.
For
the
last
9
months
we
played
weekly
and
always
booked
2
places.

to
us.
We
made
arrangements.

on
the
spontaneous
size
of
our
group,
we
sometimes
use
a
third
place

and

the
hall
is
not
full.

my
understanding,
no
problem
at
all
with
regular
customers.
Also
because
the
courts
don't
have
to
be
adjusted
accordingly,
like
in
tennis.
There
is
no
additional
effort
and
no
loss
of
sales.
So
in
a
way
it
was
a
mutual
commitment
for
us.
Nobody
pisses
on
anyone
else.
Since
the
last
operator
change
to
internal,
service
and
customer
friendliness
have
declined
rapidly.
Suddenly
everything
became
a
problem.
Pointless
discussions
with
half-strong
fitness
service
staff
when
we're
at
the
end
of
our
lesson
too
We
only
played
third
place
for
5
minutes,
even
though
almost
no
one
plays
badminton
on
a
regular
basis
apart
from
us
seems
to
be
playing.
The
Sportivo
seems
to
be
doing
well
if
you
disgust
your
regular
customers
like
that,
which
leave
a
four-digit
amount
lying
around
over
the
year.
Comparisons
like
"You
don't
make
a
reservation
for
two
at
a
restaurant
and
come
with
30!"
Others
are
welcome
to
listen
to
it
in
the
future.
All
in
all,
a
suitable
concept,
together
with
the
unfriendly
restaurant
next
door,
in
which
sports
clothing
is
actually
sold.

good
parking
facilities.
