Hilfestellung gibt und bei ihr profitieren die Kinder. Sie war auch der Grund, warum ich nochmal einen Kurs gebucht hatte. > die sehr guten Bewertungen kommen auch von den eigenen Mitarbeitern - soviel zur Aussagekraft! > ansonsten schöne Räumlichkeiten.

We had cancelled the last session (of a course of total 6 weeks) due to holidays. I already mentioned this to them in advance, then they promised me I could make up the hour at another time. But when I called to book/reschedule this hour (which was already payed in advance), they told me that was not possible anymore as the course had ended. They only advised me to book a new course, in which I was not interested. They only apologized but did not try to show flexibility or customer-focus. Very disappointed, also because we enjoyed the rest of the classes. Would not recommend booking a course to others, when you already know that you will miss one of the classes.

Ein Youtube-Tutorial hat mir mehr geholfen, als die Anleitung in der Wasserschule. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht!! Das viele Geld hätte ich lieber für ein Schwimmbadticket ausgegeben.
