There was a guy working the counter and he was magnificent!! Listened...offered suggestions...was happy and you could tell he loved his job...I think his wife might have been manager. Everyone he dealt with walked away smiling...I think he is an asset to your business and needed a pat on the back...Well Done Sir!! So lovely to see someone who enjoys their job!

Lovely young lady served my daughter and was very friendly and personable. Couldn’t get her name but she is pictured in the photo below and served me around 12pm on 08/09/23 if anyone at this joint wants to reward her! There was also a man working out back who would warn customers if their food was fresh out the fryers which is something I haven’t seen before but I found pretty cool! Food was great and fresh and all workers interacted with my 1 yr old when she was trying to talk to them which was also lovely!

Absolutely terrible service. One kiosk working. Enough staff to take front counter orders but not. So there’s a huge line with people getting impatient. Need to learn team work and multi tasking. Not impressed at all.

The Mc Donalds food court was filthy, unhygenic, dirty & disturbing. Tables were not cleaned down, rubbish & food scraps under the tables, floors were all dirty, rubbish was not cleared, it was an absolute mess. I cannot understand why McDonalds are still serving & preparing food in that filthy establishment. This is the very first thing I noticed & there was no way I was eating there, the indian restaurant in the same place was cleaner! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

Wellsford is going to the dogs. This is pretty much the one of the only places to get something to eat while travelling in the evening. Got nuggets and chips. The nuggets were not nice, dogs weren't too keen on them either Service was excellent, really helpful

The young lady who served us was friendly and had great customer service. I also witnessed her dealing with a really angry old man, and I thought she handled the situation very well. The food was fresh and came out really quick considering how busy it was. My only issue was that the water wasn't working in the men's toilet. I ended up using the disabled toilets to wash my hands, but I saw lots of people leave the men's toilet without washing their hands because the taps didn't work.

Good stop in place but they forgot half of our food at maccas had to wait another 20mins

One of the rubbish customer service I had. When I went to front counter, girl who was working there said they don’t have the coffee and same time another girl who was making coffee in mac cafe. When she finished with customer I went to her and asked her why front counter told me their coffee machine not working she said sorry we was cleaning the machine. I told her you are preparing coffee in front of me and served to customer as well. When I asked her can I speak to manager? she said I am the manager and manager name was (smitha)Is it racism or what not to serve coffee to one person and same time serving to other??
