Smashing food. We had the halloumi sticks, Marg Pizza and chicken and beef skewers. (Fab French fries too!) Would definitely recommend! Pleasant service throughout, complimented by a refreshing bowl of fruit. Move away from the overpriced mainstream regulars and give this place a go. Can’t wait to return. Hopefully not too long!! Really good grill food. The place looks a bit rough but the food is absolutely beautiful made with care and everything we tried was fantastic. The reviews for the restaurant are all saying the same. This can be the best Greek grill food on the island. The staff is super friendly and attentive.

Terrific little street cafe. Such a refreshing break from the typical formulaic Old Town restaurant. Really really nice food. As a vegetarian, I recommend the haloumi pita- so yummy! Charismatic and entertaining owner. Great 70s music. We loved the place so much, we've had lunch there three times!

We ate here quite a bit while staying in Rhodes Town. Loved the laid-back atmosphere and the food was tasty and great value for the money! It's not a large restaurant and it doesn't have a huge menu but it stands head and shoulders over some of the mediocre places in Rhodes we ate at. Would be happy to eat here again.

We just came across this delightful place on our first day in Rhodes as it was just down the road from our apartment. It’s in a little street away from the crowds, is quite simple, but ticks all the boxes. It’s run by a genial Englishman who looks like he could be almost any ageing rock star from the 60’s (although the music played by the cafe is a very nice mix of 70’s and 80’s stuff). The service is very friendly and efficient and the food is great, and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve been back for lunch every day and will probably do so for our entire stay. A wonderful place.

Lountza & Haloumi in Pita was really tasty!! But it was the first time in Greece that I didn’t get any water with my Frappe. It’s also a pity that they only have chicken gyros. Bonus points for good music, if you like 70s funky italo disco vibes :)
