A beautiful family run restaurant well off the beaten path. Worth heading round. Great seafood, lovely location. So charming it's almost magical. The family.who runs it couldn't be nicer - our seafood lunch there was the event of the day. All the food fresh and flavourful. Generous portions. A bargain for the price we paid. House wines quite reasonable and palatable. The location is tucked up along one of the medieval walls. Stunning views. Highly recommended.

In short: The shrimps " Thomas" were so good, my girlfriend started to cry. Case closed. Five stars. We were greeted with smiles and were seated at the roof terrace. There we had a view at the walls of Rhodes away from the loud tourist areas. For starters we had Pita with several dips. Our main courses were shrimps "Thomas" and grilled swordfish fillet. Both were excellent and I can recommend everyone to try the shrimps, which fitted perfectly with the dry white wine originating from Rhodes. At the end we ordered greek coffee and received ice and Ouzo on the house. All in all it was the best restaurant experience of our whole trip to Rhodes. Hopefully we may return sometime to order shrimps.

Wow what an experience, we really found a gem in the backstreets of Rhodes Town. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and kind, so many delicious flavours of food! I had the Shrimps T and it was 10times better than any other shrimp dish I had in my whole life and my wife agrees. Thank you for making our night amazing and for providing us with such a great food experience in Rhodes. We will come back!!

Absolutely delicious! We were lucky enough to get a table for 6 on the roof top, the setting is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. We all loved our meals, such great flavour and so fresh. We’d highly recommend eating here…our favourites were Kleftico, Grilled Seabream, Chicken Souvlaki and Greek salad. You won’t be disappointed ❤️

At some point during your vacation in Greece, you might start to get bored with Greek food. Every place has a family restaurant and every place sells the same traditional meals. That's how I felt when I stumbled upon At Thomas. Yet every single plate blew me away. Yes, it was the same sea bream, saganaki and souvlakis as every other restaurant; but somehow in At Thomas, they make them a notch above any other place we tried in Rhodes, Kos, Symi, Leros, Kalymnos or Nisiros. We thought that can't be right with 4.8/5 reviews from hundreds of people - but yeah. We went twice because the food was so great and I feel it's well deserved for great service, as well as excellent food with great attention to detail with spicing, flavouring and cooking meats and fishes just right. Warmly recommend.

I stumbled upon At Thomas when wandering around Rhodes old town, good smells were coming from the kitchen so I went in. That evening I had the Seabream and would be my recommendation. Everything I had there across 3 different evenings was perfectly cooked and packed with flavour. The place isn’t massive but that adds to the charm, especially when it’s close to the end of season and is relatively quiet. It feels like a hidden gem but clearly has built a great reputation which is thoroughly deserved. I was treated like family when I visited and can’t praise At Thomas any more highly. At Thomas is he best place in Rhodes town. It's a small family run restaurant in the old town right next to the town walls. They go above and beyond for their guests and their meals are so delicious that we went back the next day. I hope we can go back again in the future.

Brilliant service. Kindest waitress who took care of the guests. The food is really delicious and fresh. Top shelf ingredients :) The view from the upper terrace on the streets of the old town is very pleasant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in a great atmosphere :)

I go often to this restaurant, because I enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the people. The location is outstanding: looking at the medioeval city walls and the "church without a name" takes you back in time 600 years. The food, prepared daily is extremely cheap , but very tasty. The Thomas' family are all very friendly. Having an evening meal and drinking local wine is an unrepeatable experience, which however I repeat as often as I can, when I am in Rhodes. Very Highly recommended

Excellent restaurant that you should not miss if you come to Rhodos. Delicious home made fresh food and absolutely lovely staff makes the perfect combination. I hope we will have the opportunity to come back.

A warm welcome, a family service and authentic greek food cooked to perfection. When 4 adults and 4 children dine at lunchtime you expect things to be busy and seating at a premium. In At Thomas, we were seated in the shade, treated like honoured guests and experienced fantastic food at amazing prices. No rush, no fuss This restaurant is a 3 minute walk through the park surrounding Rhodes Old Town's medieval streets. Family friendly, clean and tasty. The children got lots of free ice cream and the adults all got fresh tasty grapes. Some brilliant holiday memories were made here. Thanks At Thomas for making a random lunch time so special!

Simply the best. A MUST visit traditional taverna. Everything was 5 stars. Food fab. Service fab. And so, so clean. Please visit. You will NOT regret it.

Authentical Greece Restaurant in the middle of the old town + Food was very delicious. + Service was very friendly and patient. + Pricing is fair + not a typical tourist hot spot I can recommended it.

I've really enjoyed all my meals at this lovely restaurant run by the most gorgeous couple 😍 with reasonable prices and they always shout you something to end your meal. True hospitality! Garlic prawns to die for BBQ stuffed squid with rice/risoni side dish also very tasty Bbq Prawns Fried calamari Chips Kataifi for dessert 😋😋😋

Delicious food, and home made dips. Best tzatziki I’ve tried on my trip. Got a sea beam and a very refreshing homemade lemonade The service is exceptional, they recommended us dishes and were very kind. The terrace view is gorgeous and it had a refreshing breeze. The best part is that it is a quiet place, very calm and where you can enjoy a nice chat. At the end we got a complementary digestive drink. Thank you for a great time!

The food was tasty and well seasoned, the service excellent, we couldn't leave before we eat some melon that was offered to us from them 😄. Please do yourself a favor and try this place next time you are near Rodes town. Definitely we will come next time we are in this area.

We had a wonderful time dining at ‘at Thomas.’ Not only were the staff accommodating and pleasant, the food was divine. Fresh seafood cooked and served to perfection. Slightly off the beaten track without being too far away from everything made it a good find in the old town.

Very personal serving style by the owners. Thomas himself (?) recommended two dishes, the shrimps “Thomas” as well as the fried calamari - and what can I say: both dishes were nothing less than excellent, perfectly balanced in spicing and also fresh seafood. The pita bread was also fresh and crisp, the tzatziki spicy and garlicky as you like it. To top it off, we had kataifi with very fine strawberry ice cream and special ouzo on the house. Go there and have a lovely eating experience in cozy atmosphere.

Very good spot slightly off the main tourist path. Family owned restaurant with really good food! We had Pita, Feta Cheese in the oven, Greek Salad, Grilled Sausages, Pork Souvlaki and a liter of the house white wine finished off with Baklava and Ice Cream and Oozo. Everything was delicious and we would definitely go back if we ever have the chance.

This is a solid place to eat and close to the port if you're cruising. The service was excellent as the server, who i believe is family, was over accommodating. Showed they really cared about making sure you were taken care of. Would definitely recommend 👌.

Beautiful little place inside the walls of the old city on Rhodes. Great food, amazing service, and wonderful atmosphere. The Ouzo is the best I've had on this trip. Great place to relax and take a break with great drinks and atmosphere.

Currently sat here post main and we have enjoyed the most delicious meal, with the kindest of service in the most tranquil of locations. This place is not to be missed on your visit to Rhodes. Massive thank you to the staff for making our visit a core memory.

If you looking for burgers or pizza don't come here. Amazing Greece food we order 5 starters to share with my hubby and was more than enough for 2. I did pictures of just 2 of 4 coz we started eating without thinking about the pictures 😁 4 starters, pita bread and 2 beers cost us 38.2€

Freshly prepared and tasty food. Definitely recommended. We have been served by a lovely lady that had given us complimentary fresh fruit and traditional Greek liquor at the end of our meal.

Good food very friendly service. The waitress runs up and down the stairs to serve you your food. Friendly woman who gave us some grapes and liquor as dessert for free. Pita bread and rice were surprisingly great. Big portions, great food but not amazing. I think for the service I'd score a 5 and for the food a 4.
