We came here twice during our stay in Rhodes. It is away from the tourist area and you could see many locals eating there. The service was friendly, the food is exceptional and the atmosphere was just lovely. Everything we had was delicious, portions are generous and they give you a complementary cake and aperitif at the end. Highly recommend

We ate here several times during our stays in Rhodes at the start and end of our island hopping month. On all occasions we ate inside, spaciously arranged in small areas. There is also a wrap around balcony and courtyard. The man who takes the orders is knowledgeable about the menu but tries to get you to order all together As a couple we prefer a more relaxed starter then a second course after a gap so we ordered one course then a second. However this did not prevent a dish of chips arriving well before the lamb on one occasion. The house wine is lovely. Pitta came with a different dip each time. The food was always very good and a bit different from the usual tourist fare. Highlights from our visits include: chicken livers, a sausage egg and tomato dish, pear, prosciutto and pine nut salad. On each occasion a small dessert and homemade liqueur were complimentary. The bill including the litre of wine was very reasonable around 40 euros. For good quality food and value for money I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We are so glad we found this place. The food was great and the staff were very nice. It was refreshing to have our waitress and waiter know exactly what was in the dishes. It was so good we ate here twice.

Excellent non-touristic restaurant outside the Rhodes old town. This is the place where to locals go to enjoy. Excellent food and excellent service. Price - quality ratio is very good. Strongly recommended!

Excellent food, and if you sit outside there is a beautiful garden. Environment is very calm compared to Rhodes old town. We went there around 21:00 and were lucky to get a table. Might be worth it to make a reservation for dinner during high season.

Wow!!!! Just wow. An exquisite food in an amazing place with an excellent service. The most authentic Greek cuisine you can ask for. This ws such a great food experience. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for authentic traditional Greek cuisine.

Beautiful hidden gem outside of the tourist crowd. The food was delicious and of high quality. Staff is also very kind and attentive to all requests.

A very nice restaurant out of the touristic area, where you can eat real greek food. The personal is very nice, offering a great service. The terrace is very cosy and they have a few lovely cats to play with. Great food, great service. We have been there 3 times in our vacation and we just plan to go again. Don't miss it!

Great restaurant with delicious cousine. We ordered aubergine rolls and moussaka. Both of it were amazing! In the end we got some dessert with wine, tastes like wine with plum or cinnamon. There were pleasant and cheerful waiters, so if you have a free evening, Give it a try!

One of the best restaurants we’ve seen in Rodos. The food is out this world, you do have to try the lamb with rice - to die for. Don’t even get me started on the feta with honey, we went for a second time there and ordered two. Musaka is also extremely good. The atmosphere is really intimate and nice. The restaurants story is what convinced to go for the first time. The extremely good food and staff is what brought us there the second time. Don’t miss this!

Very good greek food. Here you can eat different mezedes. The typical Rhodian bread (ladopita) is delicious and served with olive paste to spread that is also delicious. One day we tried grandma's keftedakia, fried chicken livers, 4 rhodies salad, tigania, and sujuk meze. All were well cooked, with amazing flavors. Another we tried the lamb shank and the pastitsio and both were great too! The staff is kind and nice. They explained us the story of the restaurant and of their cats ahah Better to book in advance, they are usually full!! A dessert is usually offered by the restaurant: a small cake and a delicious liqueur, both made by them as far as I understood. They serve the mezedes fast, the main courses take a bit more to be served. They give you a bit too much time to choose the food, we had to call them and wait, not all waiters take the requests. The place is cozy, clean, beautiful and well decorated. There are 2 cute fat cats that live there and are always resting near the customers ahah Attention when bringing dogs!

Very nice restaurant with inside garden. Portions are very generous and they offer vegetarian options. We took Pita, dolmades (incredible), aubergine rolls, vegetarian mussaka (with mushrooms instead of meat) and 4 Rodies Folia specialty (stuffed meat in bread pot) all very delicious. With water and wine (22 € - Sauvignon Blanc from Greece) we spent 65 euros. They also offered us two small chocolates accompanied with a sweet liqueur.

Wonderful family run business not too far from Old Town, located in a quiet location. Staff was professional and polite. We tried pitaroudia, kebab, tzatziki (which was not served with pita as other restaurants do), prawn orzo risotto and moussaka. Everything was really delicious. At the end we got served liquor and small dessert on the house. Prices are higher than what showed on google however they are overall slightly cheaper than the average of the island. There is a family of cats too which has been there even before the restaurant was built. Highly recommended

We stayed in a hotel down the street and got in very late. We lucked out that this place was still open. It was just what I needed for my first meal on this Greek trip! And it was ALL delicious. The stuff was so nice and helpful. We ordered quite the spread and sat in the back. It was such a lovely atmosphere and we came away full. My friend I dined with has some food allergies and the waiter double checked with the kitchen that everything we wanted would work for her. Now that I’m writing this review and thinking about it, my mouth is watering and I wish I were eating it for lunch right now!

When in Rhodes city, get out of the old city and its touristic restaurants to discover this gem. 4 rodies is the best experience you can have to enjoy delicious local food, great service and attention in a modern typical house with it’s pomegranate trees garden. We came there twice and regretted we did not come earlier. The best value for money miles away ! Congrats to the team.

Fantastic traditional Greek restaurant. Went for the meze options and was not disappointed. The owners gave us great advice on how much/what to order and they didn't steer us wrong. The house white wine was also great. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rhodes.

This spacious and cozy place is just something you cannot miss! There is something truly magical about this place! It is to the eastern side-gates right below the entry to Old Town, outside out the noisy tourist attraction zone. Soothing ambient music, friendly and kind staff welcomes you, with DELICIOUS quality food that is fresh and well prepared (I mean the garlic bread/buns were almost sizzling!).
