Had a very very poor experience. I really wanted to take care of my teeth after years of not being able to visit the dentist. I liked how Walmart Health was offering low cost and being upfront about all procedures. But here’s my issue. I only come to town on Fridays and only get paid on those Fridays. Since my first procedure was going to cost $900 out of pocket, I wanted to schedule for those certain Fridays. The doctor who did my initial appointment was not going to be available on any of the Fridays I could do. I was then told, I also wouldn’t be able to schedule with another doctor who worked there. The lady told me I would have to basically start over (redo the initial appointment and pay another cost for X-rays/visit). I just feel really disappointed that I wasted my time and money. I was really hoping that this would’ve been a good option for me since I didn’t have insurance and was paying everything out of pocket. It also didn’t help that the lady who I spoke with on the phone wasn’t kind. She was getting annoyed with me because I was asking about other doctors (I was just trying to reschedule on a day that would work for me). Update: the rep who I talked to (Alejandra D) added a visit summary to my account and said that she offered another doctor but she did not. Not sure why she is lying about this and being so petty to put a visit summary on my account. She also noted multiple times that I was upset, and yes I am upset about the situation. I later called and spoke to another person and she was able to kindly explain to me that I wouldn’t have been able to get an appointment with another doctor anyways because dr McDonald is the only one who does extractions. She was also kind enough to explain things further about how the process works and said she could’ve check with other providers to see if they were willing to do that same procedure.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. I've seen an NP, Dentist, and an Optometrist. No complaints from me. Always fast service, in a good way. It doesn't feel like they're trying to get rid of you. I actually had a bill I went in to pay. I didn't really question it too much, even after looking at my EOB. My thoughts, "it is what it is". But Mikala who works at the front desk, reviewed my bill instead of just taking my payment and said something didn't look right and that she was going to escalate it. Whether it's legit or not, this is great customer service that you won't see at many practices. I feel like when it comes to billing, it's usually "don't ask, don't tell"...they just take your money. Kudos to Walmart Health for helping customers save money and live better.

Took my granddaughter for a sport’s physical. Booking the appointment online was easy. The young man that checked us in was knowledgeable and very friendly. The exam was thorough and informative.

This place is quickly becoming my favorite choice for health care. It's easy to make an appt online and there are usually same day or next day options. Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. We've seen her twice for two separate things.

I've had two visits to this clinic so far once for dental and once for medical and they have both been fantastic experiences with the interactions from both the doctors and the staff. Couldn't recommend a better group to go to.

If I had the option to put no stars they wouldn’t have gotten not 1. A waste of time they keep rescheduling appointments as if getting to 1 appointment not already hard enough. They schedule in 1 hour blocks you spend most of your 1 hour waiting so then they can’t do your full appointment in 1 day

If you are in pain and need help, wouldn’t recommend here. Wouldn’t even numb the area and give relief for 2 hours. Everything was very rushed with the dentist and everyone kept saying “we’ll get you out of pain and on the way”… an appointment 6 days later is going to get me out of pain today when you guys are doing nothing to help today? They don’t care if you’re in pain, don’t listen to what medical history you have and just keep saying take what you can’t take. If only they were as quick to “schedule relief” for a week later as they were to actually help with the pain. Like why would I trust them with my care after ripping out some teeth if they don’t care about the pain now? Go elsewhere.

I wasn't expecting much, but what a surprise. Coming from a big city where I had to wait 3-4 months to get an annual checkup, being able to schedule for the next-day visit was very surprising. The medical professionals were terrific, and the checkup went quickly. Very pleased with the experience.

Needed urgent Dental work, scheduled me in fast and efficiently. Every part of the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It had been about 6 years since my last cleaning and they cared about my comfort and health. I would Highly recommend their affordable services to anybody.
