I
stopped
by
for
lunch
today
and
was
treated
extremely
poorly
by
Kaitlyn;
the
manager
on
shift.
I
politely
let
her
know
that
their
ranch
cups
were
rotten,
hoping
that
nobody
else
would
have
to
find
out
by
eating
them.
She
responded
saying
“okay,
well
I
guess
it’s
a
good
thing
they’re
free
then
huh?
Just
throw
it
away
then”.
Afterwards
I
bought
a
drink
to
wash
that
taste
out,
and
she
snapped
the
cash
out
of
my
hand,
gave
me
the
wrong
change,
and
tried
to
tell
me
I
was
wrong
when
I
asked
for
my
change
back.
I
usually
have
fairly
good
experiences
at
most
Kum
and
Go’s,
but
saying
as
how
this
type
of
behavior
is
displayed
by
an
employee
with
a
leadership
position;
I
don’t
see
this
store
being
very
successful
in
the
customer
satisfaction
department.
