I stopped by for lunch today and was treated extremely poorly by Kaitlyn; the manager on shift. I politely let her know that their ranch cups were rotten, hoping that nobody else would have to find out by eating them. She responded saying “okay, well I guess it’s a good thing they’re free then huh? Just throw it away then”. Afterwards I bought a drink to wash that taste out, and she snapped the cash out of my hand, gave me the wrong change, and tried to tell me I was wrong when I asked for my change back. I usually have fairly good experiences at most Kum and Go’s, but saying as how this type of behavior is displayed by an employee with a leadership position; I don’t see this store being very successful in the customer satisfaction department.

Stopped by this location on my way home. Very clean store, even the bathroom was in great shape. The manager, Jennifer saw me looking at pizza and asked what I was looking for, plain pepperoni. She made a fresh pizza for me and told me about a special so I took two pizzas home for the price of one. They also carry my treasured Black Rifle Coffee cans. I’ll stop by this store instead of another store.

Kum and Gos are by far the superior convenient stores/gas stations in NWA. The staff is always friendly and the food is quite tasty. This Kum and Go is no exception. Staff is so nice, their employee Meghann was awesome and made my experience even better than usual!

This store has improved in some areas over the last couple of years, but unfortunately customer service is not one of them. The food items in the cooler tend to be out of date and in poor quality and when brought to management attention nothing is corrected. Went in yesterday and they blatantly refused to make a turkey wrap and the Store Manager Tom was present and did nothing to correct the situation. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store, will not EVER use them again. Store 401 on New Hope and Dixieland has much better management and a more competent staff, and everyone is friendly and accommodating.

My favorite Kum and go. Almost like a good morning cheers to get your morning coffee and drinks. They have a great variety of breakfast sandwiches five different Brews of coffee. It's a third of the price and twice the cup then any of the other drive-throughs. I better go in in the morning and get my own refill for $2 and grab the sandwich for $2 and had to work. I don't have to wait in line long periods of time for a cup of coffee. Everyone is nice and polite. See you in a lot of the same people every morning and we try to help them keep it clean. Thanks for my good morning cup of coffee Kum and go. This is definitely one of your good locations.

I've been to many Kum n Go. I like them well enough. No complaints.

I pulled in here with my truck to get diesel because the sign by highway had it for $2.19/gallon but on pump it's $2.29 , and of course no management inside store , so if your getting fuel at this kum & Go station its like a bait and switch , not very truthful.

Giving a good review specifically for an employee there, named Justin who helped my disabled mother get gas tonight. She asked him to open her gas cap but he told her that she could just get back in the car and he would pump the gas for her. Thank you very much Justin!!

Ok so my son was having the worse day! I mean terrible. The two ladies that work there are Angels!!! They made a sad kid so happy. They are the sweetest most amazing people on the planet! I am so impressed by how wonderful they were to him. Thank you a million times!

I am just passing through, cashier said i had to sign up for rewards to get the sale price but even if i signed up today i would not get the sale. I will just go buy my drinks somewhere else down the road and remember not to return to this company
