😠 I don't think I've ever left a restaurant feeling scammed before. My wife and I ordered the chicken tender basket, but got a different side instead. There was a note saying there is an upcharge for getting a different side, but they did not say they would charge FULL PRICE for that side in addition... People often mention good, great, side, cheese, service, burger, fries, time,

Waitress trying to train someone else but still couldn't complete the task. There were 4 of us. The restaurant was kind of busy but not full. We ordered a club wrap with cheese tots to split. My grand daughters got their food, a salad and chicken quesida. Still no food. Finally they brought our food but it never made it to the table because they forgot the cheese on the tots. So, back to the kitchen. A few minutes later our food comes out. But wrong. It came out as a sandwich. Not what we ordered. I brought it to their attention and she offered to make us the wrap. Seriously, my grand daughters were almost done. The waitress said that she would try to get a discount. Wow! 10% off. I always liked grubs but now that has changed.

I don't think I've ever left a restaurant feeling scammed before. My wife and I ordered the chicken tender basket, but got a different side instead. There was a note saying there is an upcharge for getting a different side, but they did not say they would charge FULL PRICE for that side in addition to the meal that already comes with a side. A standard side of fries costs $3.49, and the side of Mac & cheese is also $3.49 (the same price). I assumed a minimal upcharge, if any. But no, they charged full menu price for the meal and full price for the additional side (but only gave one side). I asked for a manager because I assumed this was an error, but she confirmed it is correct. So we ended up paying an extra $7 for sides that were the SAME price as the sides the meal came with. So with tip we spent over $60 for two meals and an appetizer with no drinks. That's almost $17 for chicken tenders and a side before tip. Additionally, the mac & cheese might as well be called plain noodles. There was no cheese sauce on them. The ranch is also very diluted/watery, not worth the up charge.

This place never fails! The fry dip is amazing! I'm not sure what it is, but it always just hits the spot!! They are always so accommodating to big group and service is always great when I go. I usually always get the Hellraiser because it has the perfect amount of spicy and sweet. I went on a Wednesday and the queso was only $3! This is a must try restaurant if you have never been there! I had a party of 10 and we didn't have to wait too long for our food.

Ordered a burger to go and this is what I got. I’m cool with some pink but this was just plain undercooked.

We originally came to this location in order to speak to the manager (Grant Gullett), but he's never there when we visit. Other than that, the girls chose this location due to where we were shopping plus it's close to Cold Stone Creamery. They love the chicken chunks as I enjoy half-price hamburgers, but they mostly wanted the queso and gave me the salsa. It was a new tradition of enjoying Fiesta Wednesday after school until the Grub's Uptown location closed. Even though we're closer to the Dickson Street location, we'll go wherever Grant is making things better for all.

I was having an great time and my waitress Kaitlynn Grayum was amazing!! The end of my time there though took a turn for the worse. The manager, Chase I believe his name was, was very rude. He was yelling at waitresses and just being plain hateful. Will not be going back as long as he works there, and my group feels the same!

First time here, Food is good, service was good. We sat in the outside patio and it was nice, the cigarette butt can smelled awful and i could smell it before walking into the patio area, we moved to a table far away from it and it was better. My suggestion would be to move the butt can closer to the exit gate and not right next to the door to go in the restaurant.

Was here for the Arkansas/ Texas A&M. Ordered the" Hellraiser" burger. Did not disappoint. Fun place to hang with friends and have a beer.

Wait staff was great, if not spread a little thin. Can't blame them for that though, that's a management issue. The food however, was barely edible. The meat wasn't fresh, the burger was cold when I got it, it had barely been seasoned, and there was no flavor what-so-ever. My wife had a salad, also barely edible. The dressing was good, which tells me that it likely came from a bottle. Don't eat here. Eat something with some flavor, care, and joy put into it. Again, wait staff was great.

Our large family had my nephew's 40th birthday surprise party at Grubs. Excellent food and service! Thank you Grubs for accommodating us and our excellent experience!

Went out for my husbands 25th birthday. We all had drinks, I had a chocolate martini. Very yummy and fun environment. They were a little packed, but it was a football night. So reasonably understandable. Will be going back again.

Been there two times and both were pretty decent. Food is good and reasonably priced. They definitely need more staff running the kitchen.

Food is always great! Love the spicy chicken sandwich and fries here, food is always amazing. However, during the slow lunch times service can be a bit slow.

Good food and drinks. The service was really slow. It was busy, but the waitress for the tables next to ours was checking on her tables three times as much as ours.

One of the best places to hang out for a beer and a burger. The onion rings are one of the best things on the menu and so are the nachos. Great bar food and atmosphere. Servers go above and beyond, especially Madison. Cannot recommend more.

Service is terrible. Food is great but the servers definitely can’t handle more than two tables at a time. We were there for over a half hour and didn’t even get our drink. Our server just kept wandering around looking for something instead of providing minimal service. We keep giving this location a chance but it’s always the same story.

Awesome, attentive and outstanding wait staff. Food portions are easily sharable. Food is seasoned perfectly. We had the three sampler with Chicken Bites, Onion Rings and Fried Pickles. We had their BEST Ultimate Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. It was so good we had to get one more order! Over all very good food and excellent experience. The food was awesome that it was gone and wasn't able to take pictures at all.

Had a great time with the hubby , drinks very yummy , bartender did a great job, waitress was nice along with manager and other staff. Wings were raw but they replaced them immediately with new Crispy ones. Kids liked the burgers

Service is great almost everytime. There's only been a couple bad visits but it can't be perfect all the time. Food and atmosphere is good. It's your typical sports bar.

Great food, great service. In my opinion, at bit on the steep (expensive) side, in comparison to comparable restaurants. But, worth the splurge.

Those loaded cheese fries are insane and so worth it. Also after having been here twice I would say I like it here - good service!

Great food and a sports bar! Staff is always friendly, but they do need more servers. Had lunch here with my daughter. She had the "best burger ever" in her opinion. Juicy, melted cheese, toasted bun. I stole a bite and don't regret it. The pizza dip is a must try. Mac and cheese delicious. The Santa fe style quesadilla is flavorful and a go-to for lightly chipotle style spiciness. Specials are very affordable. Need to come here more often!

A good place for families with a goods kids menu deal. Also a great place for drinks and sports with a good bar. The food is pretty good - grill food - nothing outstanding but still tasty. It’s one of my kids’ favorites and there’s something for everyone.

Service was okay. Food was okay. Atmosphere was okay. Televisions were okay. The whole place was just okay. Not bad, just okay. This will not be my first choice for a sports bar.
